I am so upset with the service I received here. I saw the reviews and decided to try them because Tiffany’s across the street was closed but I regret it. The people were nice but it was just the quality of the work. Sam was clearly in a rush and left my nail cuticles looking horrible. Also, I asked him to do my eyebrows and just clean them and he completely changed the shape. I did a pedicure and he literally spent like 10 mins on them. I came here because I was in a rush but I was better off just getting press ons from target. The worst part is I was going through it and wanted to really get my nails done to feel better and now I feel worse. I left in tears. I will not be returning.

Ive been going to this shop for over five years. The staff is professional and does an outstanding job. My gel fill in nails last me two weeks, and I am happy with investing a bit more to get a superior set of nails. I recommend making an appointment when you find a technician you like; its sad when they have to turn customers away.

The staff was nice but nails weren’t done very well. I was excited because I saw all the good ratings but I don’t agree with them. I got white gel nails and some of them are transparent. They should do enough coats so they aren’t transparent. Disappointed and did not give a tip.
