This place is amazing. If you have an emergency, this is the place to go. Took us in very quickly and were able to help my dog Oscar. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience in a not so wonderful situation. Long story short, my dog needed to be euthanized but the moral of the story is, Dr. McCarthy attended to my dog and is a wonderful man and veterinarian. He was extremely informative toward the dogs situation and explained every option available. Ultimately it was my choice regarding the welfare of my dog but it was comforting beyond belief to be so thoroughly informed of the situation by the doctor. Ive seen dozens of vets in my lifetime with all the dogs Ive had and Dr. McCarthy will go down as my favorite!!!

They have been very helpful and compassionate with our 3 day old puppy. We feel very comfortable coming here. Wish they were a regular veterinarian and not just an Emergency Service place. :)

I havent been here in years. Now I have a diabetic cat that if something should happen my cat sitter would want to bring close by. I would not want her to. Id prefer West Hills 24 hr. and I will instruct her. The 2 animals I had taken there were put down. Actually, 3. Each time it was a quick assessment. 1 I understood. When your upset you want to trust but...they dont seem to want to make the pet comfortable until you can see your vet for second opinion. I also dont like they write the owner. Name please.To be fair I have no idea of the turnover. Seems overnight staff didnt want to work that shift. Experienced or just a vet tech? Putting down is quick buck no muss no fuss.An old dissatisfied no name customer

Really impressed with the way the staff attended to my 14- year old pug. Dr. Azagrar is wonderful. Clean office and surprisingly affordable for dealing with an emergency.

The doctors and nurses at the hospital saved my dogs life. He was mauled by a pitbull and his insides were protruding from his stomach area in three spots. They basically put him back together - over 70 staples on a 22 pound dog. They were amazing.

I had to put our precious Ronnie down this morning and they were caring and thoughtful.

They don’t care at all. I found a wild baby bunny that had been attacked by a cat and they were rude and refused to tell me anything and didn’t seem to care one bit, I doubt they even tried to save it. They probably just euthanized it without even examining it. Now I know to never bring my actual pets here.

Brought dog in for wound on neck. They said 1 hour wait Bc Dr had a procedure and looked puzzled when I said I would wait. Then tells me Dr will come look at him before he starts procedure. Goes to get Dr and comes back after 45 min and tells us it’s 2 hrs longer Bc now he has 2 procedures and he can’t look at him. Starts naming all other places we can go! Never go there if you have emergency!! They didn’t even look to see how severe!!! What kind of EMERGENCY hospital is that!! No staff. No conscious. Do yourself and your animal a favor and go elsewhere! I wish I looked at reviews prior! The majority are negative. 🤦🏼‍♀️

They are uncompassionate, unreliable and untrustworthy. They were so worried about closing at 8:00 then tending to my dogs needs which was greatly needed. Do not go here. I only hit a star because it would not let me post.

Brought our 15 yr. MinPin who was refusing to eat. Blood work and xrays determined she was anemic and had kidney and liver tumors. Dr. and vet tech explained results throughly, we decided to have her put to sleep. Very professional and helpful, made the decision a less hurtful.. Brought her home to the garden.

Brought my dog in on Friday December 13th for stitches. Horrible!!! I brought her to our vet on Christmas eve to take her stitches out and not but an hour later the incision opened. He did such a horrible job that he overlapped her skin!! We brought back there and he wouldnt take care of her unless we paid $600.00 again!! Do Not Go Here if you care about your animals!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!

Its expensive, but my dog got sting by a bee and they took care of him. 289.00 for intravenous Benadryl.

AES is HORRIBLE !!! When the owner responds to complaints all he says is “sorry”. He takes NO responsibility for anything !!!!

Over inflated costs. Very unpersonal. Save time and money and go somewhere else.

Took our dog here after he was bit by another dog. He ended up with 5 stitches. We later found out the wound was not properly cleaned, our dog ended up with an internal infection as well as drastic inflammation and needed emergency surgery. Avoid this place.
