Our ABS and ECS lights on our truck kept coming on and we found out it was the large tires. We just saw RNR and stopped. We thought we would need new rims and tires. However, the gentlemen helping us said no...just a smaller size tire. We are so pleased. Right from the start we could feel the difference. The gentlemen were both so nice and professional. We would recommend RNR to anyone.

I went in today to get new tires on my wife’s car. I paid up front for Hancook tires. I asked them not to roll down my window. I picked my vehicle up to find the window was let down with a bag over it cause it was raining and my interior door handle was broken( can’t open the door from the inside). Then upon further investigation they put Toyo tires on my vehicle instead of the hancooks that I purchased. Very disappointed. All they could say was I’m sorry. No offer to repair the door handle. Nothing. Will not be going back.

Dropped by to get the Nitrogen topped off on my tires due to having to re-mount my factory rims and tires after having a cracked rim on the 24 inch rims I had on my truck. They were very busy, but the lady was nice enough to do it herself. I was not charged anything, which was a shock to me. But I gladly tipped her for being so nice to me. Hard to find kind people like that in this day and time. I definitely will do business with them again. Highly recommended!

My experience was terrible. I don’t recommend this place to my worths enemies. They only do a half fast job and then they recommend you to take it to the dealership because they don’t do camber Adjustment.If that’s the case why don’t you just take your car to the dealership in the first place so you don’t have to pay twice For the same front alignment. Never go back to that place again.

Real professional before we even start a paperwork they have my car my 2012 Kia soul my wifes car in the shop and already getting the tires put on before we had the paperwork done so I love this place Im going back and get my truck done now

This place will ruin your car! They back my brothers truck on the lift with the door open and ruined the door and the front panel. He has an older truck and it is harder to find replacement doors and fenders for. Mr. Reuben district manager is only worried about managing the money in his pockets!Only come here if you want your vehicle ruined for some new tires!!

I had to get (4) new tires ASAP an I got a call from RNR that day an they had my size tires in stock. They got me in an out an they are very nice. If you need tires go to RNR they will take good care of you an they will make sure that your payments are affordable.

EXCELLENT service. My husband and I had a tire blow out while driving through Columbus. We brought the car to R2R to try and get a replacement tire. They examined the car and found out the issue was with the manufacturers tire, which ruined the wheel itself. Instead of charging us for a new tire, they told us it would not be safe and provided us the assessment free of charge. Its unusual to find a company that refuses to take your money!They were extremely helpful and are also assisting us with the insurance claim as well. We are very thankful for their help!

They change management. My balance was to be one thing and now its a total different amount. The first I dealt with rnr tires when I was in South Carolina but here they put my payment due date they day they want not what I told them. If you can go somewhere else. Not a good place. Never doing business with them again atleast not here anyways.

I called RNR tire to look at wheels for my truck. Guy asked some info on my truck over the phone and said, yes we have plenty to choose from in that bolt pattern. So i made an appointment and showed up. I was then told when i got there they had no wheels for that pattern. That i should go get a hub conversion kit then they can help me. Wish i would of just got told that in the first place. Didnt even know the lug pattern to mm conversion specs. I had to tell him. I will never go back. Ill take my money elsewhere.

My experience was TERRIBLE, I took my truck for a front wheel alignment. I had the same problem two week later. The gentleman look at it and told me no way I could have gotten an alignment. He stated It couldnt have been done. He then stated need to take it back to my mechanic and let him take care of some other issues that was still wrong. I asked why was I charged for something that couldnt be done at the time. I talked to three individuals and one finally told me that cant say how long a alignment will last. And sent the gentleman that shared the information with me out to the garage.

Went to check on 4 new tires and they staff was very nice and service was fast. RNR I will recommend to anybody that needs brand new tires. We got amazing deal for our tires and then they did extra.
