My car needed to be towed and was in a very bad place with little to no room to get it out. Add that it needed a flatbed and it was a bad situation. Our driver Dean was calm, went way out of his way, moved vehicle back and forth with 6 inches of clearance. You wont find a better driver than Dean and Rustys service. Great experience!!!

OMG i had some issues with them but Rusty himself take care of the situation. He is old school honest business men. His worker change the part didnt have any problem. After i got towed to Kenworth dealer they found about it. Then i contacted Rustys towing and told them about it. They contacted Kenworth and got the same info. Then Rusty himself ordered his shop to put back the part back and refund the charge for it. They could easily avoid this with some excuses but they didnt do that. I admired Rustys towing business practice. I love when i ran into businesses like that.

I broke down while passing through. They were able to tow my truck and 5th wheel together. Great people and I would highly recommend them if you need a tow.

When i called to inform the dispatcher that their driver just left a known drug house, they acted like they could care less.

My name is Jackie and my car was stolen on 6-1-18 and recovered.It was in the police impound lot,It wasnt driveable so who did I call yes Rustys.Anybody from southend has heard about Rustys.Although ive never had to use them before.I called and Ms.Lisa answered phone.She was wonderful.She walked me through all the steps I needed to do, and she was so sweet and kind she helped me so much.She said shed send a tow truck driver immediately.And she did, in the pouring down rain,and I do mean pouring it rained all day.Here comes Rob to the rescue.lol in less than 1/2 hour.He met with me in parking lot then went to get my vehicle.He was back their quite awhile in the pouring rain and my vehicle in a tight spot he had a heck of a time getting it out.not his fault they had it in such a tight spot.He was able to get it out for me.He was soaked but smiling whole time.He was so polite & kind yet professional.He followed me home dropped my vehicle, and I am so thankful to the great team at Rustys for being so helpful & kind.I highly recommend them.well already have.lol and will use them in the future if I need too. Easy parking. Can stay over night

Real pain to get to. Roads are tight to get in. Guard isnt always in the trailer to let you in and always a backup. Yard is tight and always muddy.

Upon complete trailer brake repairs( shoes,drums,seals, bearings, hardware,etc all four axles were not filled with oil.

Pretty expensive, the person answering the phone was nice.
