Needed to have my car towed from Polaris to delaware. Tim truck number 22 was phenomenal he was prompt and friendly. I felt bad for not tipping but i had no cash on me so this is the best i could provide

I tried to call this towing company after i was in a accident & needed a tow when i called they quoted a excellent price & i asked when could they come & the women hung up on me i thought MAYBE JUST MAYBE THE CALLED FAILED OR SOMETHING SO I CALLED BACK THE WOMEN/POSB PICKED UP THE PHONE & HUNG UP RIGHT AWAY THE ONLY REVIEWS THEY HAVE IS LITERALLY FROM THERE OWN FAMILY/ WORKER’S

They came and picked me up in the middle of a snow storm. Doug was my driver. He arrived quickly, was efficient, and was very friendly and accommodating. I was lucky to have someone like him to help me out. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs local towing. I cant say enough great things about my experience. I will definitely be choosing them if I need towing services in the future!

My ‘08 Avalanche got stuck in 4L after trying to drive home on a rainy workday. I pull into a parking & call AAA.Mike from Johnson Towing & Recovery shows up. He was funny and engaging right off the bat. Mike, apparently, being familiar with Chevys and the issue tries to fix the issue but to no avail.He made quick work of getting my truck on the flatbed and over to the mechanic. I rode with Mike in the cab and enjoyed our chat session.Johnson T & R came through for me when another tow company bailed on the job.

Dispatcher was extremely rude, when I called to report there one of there incompetent driver’s. One of their drivers forced me into a lane that had another car in it as he was coming on to the freeway. Then proceeded to flip me off. He then road my tail end all the way off the exit ramp, completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust my car on there flat bed, based on the way they drive.

Called AAA after our car had broken down. Jay from Johnsons Towing showed up at the time quoted by the dispatcher. He was efficient with his time and knew exactly how to properly tower our vehicle. I highly recommend Jay from Johnsons Towing. One of the best tow truck drivers weve encountered.

DAMAGED MY VEHICLE!I recently broke down on 70 coming home from work. I was able to get off at the Main st exit and that was it. We called triple AAA and they sent Johnson Towing. The old guy took 2 hours to get to where I was which is whatever might have been busy I guess, but when he gets there he said he needed a tow stick to get my vehicle on the truck. We get the tool for him because luckily my vehicle came with one. He proceeds to then go to the front of my car and and where there is a CAP to take out he uses a pocket knife and CUTS IT OFF, disconnecting it from my vehicle. We go to the Volkswagen dealership and follow him there. When we get there he lowers the bed a little and hops up there to take out the tow stick and CANNOT PUT THE CAP BACK ON because HE CUT IT OFF. We stand there as he struggles to get the cap on and ends up jamming it by hitting it until in gets stuck. I figure he was going to put the bed of his truck down more to drive my car off. Instead he decides to get in and back it off the bed of the truck. He almost hits the back of my car against the ground due to the angle and then the FRONT BOTTOM OF MY CAR SCRAPES THE BED OF THE TRUCK BECAUSE OF THE ANGLE. As if my day is not bad enough HE ADDED MORE DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE THAN ALREADY DONE then gets out to act like nothing happened and says it will be $18.34. We asked if he has change and he says he carries no coins. Terrible experience and damaged my vehicle.

George is awesome. Called AAA. George from Johnsons towing showed up and went through great lengths to get my car on the flat bed and not do greater damage to my car than was already done before he arrived. He took his time and although he never joked around once... hes kinda funny lol. Hats off to George.

We called to have my van transported to my mechanics shop. We indicated to the tow company AKA Johnsons Towing. My vehicle was parked in a private parking spot behind my condo behind a locked gate.and I would need 10 minutes to get there to open the gate but there driver took it upon himself to try to open it and broke the latch. As well not having the keys to my van he decided to my pull my van on to back of his flatbed while my van was in park my van is a all wheel drive and it damage the transmission and flat spots on my new tires with less then 25.000 miles on them. So long story short if you want your vehicle to be treated like its been repoed and your property damaged... then you should call these people

I called AAA for service on my flat tire on Mon, Aug.24, 2015. Mike from Johnsons Towing arrived and went out of his way to be helpful. Not only was he friendly and extremely patient, but he wanted what was best for me. He inflated and the problem tire and then repaired it and two other tires on my car.What a great man and congratulations to Johnsons for hiring such an outstanding person.

Amazing service, he actually waited for me to get off of work and immediately helped me fix the issue so I could use my car again for work the next day. They saved me and turned my day completely around, I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a tow.

Literally the laziest tower Ive ever met, refused to help us change our forst donut said it was to dangerous, even though we need to drive it just a few blocks, also refused to help us change another donut when we got it. Absolutly laziest guy Ive ever met .

Watched one of their flatbed trucks nearly take out two different cars as he flew through the roundabouts on 161 near 33 on the northwest side today. Luckily I saw them approaching way too fast and stayed out of the way. They crossed lanes and cutoff people, and no the lights were not on.I have never been a customer and based on what I saw I never will be.

If I could rate 0 I would. 5.4 miles $195.00!!
