Broke my concrete IN FRONT OF A WITNESS and then had the audacity to claim he didnt do it. Then, when I refused to pay due to the damage, continued to harass me over text message until I blocked them.Edit: dont believe the comment below from the owner, the owner doesnt care. I called. He believes his driver over TWO people who say it happened with the truck. And notice how the broken part is just the size of a large (truck) tire. Bottom line, make sure youre videoing everything with these people, theyre scammers.

The tow truck came pretty fast but he changed me 92$ to tow my car up the street I will not call them again

K and K really helped us out! We were out of town at a wedding in Columbus and my grandma’s car broke down and wouldn’t start and needed towed 67 miles back home. We called probably a dozen other towing companies who all said they would call us back and never did. They answered the phone right away and was there within half an hour. After waiting 2.5 hours for the other companies to get back in touch we felt hopeless and on the verge of giving up and they saved the day. I give them 5 stars service and would recommend them to anyone. Need a good towing company in Columbus give them a call!!

Late night flat on 270 N; sat for 90 minutes waiting for Progressive Insurance roadside assistance to show before calling K and K based off a Google search. Jack was there fast and had me towed to the tire shop. I will just call K and K in the future and forget the roadside assistance. Price was really fair, Jack was great to work with and everything went well.

Me and my wife broke down here in Columbus ball joint broke off so truck was not drive able called K & k Towing and they was there in 20 minutes hooked up quick and towed us to a great repair shop very happy with both of these companies services thank you highly recommend

They sent a guy out on Saturday September 19 to the Swensons burger place in dublin. The guy hooked up the jump wrong. I went from some power to none. 2 hrs later another tow company came and jumped it right away. Have been calling the owner for a few days, he seems unwilling to refund or help.Called yesterday, said he was going to get with his driver, who only works on weekends, has a full time job.Check your voice mail, left a message today about 3:45pm.

I called while in a bit of a bind and not only was Artie able to help me, he was also able to suggest a great shop my car could be towed on Sunday when everything else seemed to be closed. Im very grateful for his help and highly recommend K&K.

My anti theft locked up on my Buick LaCrosse. Did everything possible to fix it, last resort tow it to dealer for expensive diagnostic first. Brandon came to tow it & somehow had the knowledge to reset the anti theft. After a quick battery charge, Brandon changed the start of my weekend from an expensive one to an enjoyable one.

Ball joint broke as I got on the ramp to 71s from 161 and stopped me directly in the middle of the ramp. I called K&K and asked if he could get there immediately and he said to give him 10 minutes. If he got there in 10 minutes it was the fastest 10 minutes of my life. Doubt if I ever use another tow company other than them.

Got stuck in the middle of the night with a completely disable vehicle (something to do with the steering rack) my car collapsed on my front tire and couldn’t be move. I called K&k and they were the only 24 hour service that actually answer. Brandon arrived when he said he would. It was very difficult to move my car due to the broken steering rack but Brandon did an amazing job making sure my car didn’t get any further damage. I’m very grateful and will definitely use their services if I need them next time!

Fast service (like super hero type fast). Handled everything without me around (3rd party pickup and delivery). Called to give updates when arrived, when loaded, when dropped off. Let me add my 5-star review for K & K Towing. Yesterday I needed to be towed from a downtown parking lot, and AAA was backlogged for almost 15 hours. I was stressed when I got home and called my local Firestone, who gave me K & Ks number. Brandon answered as he was finishing up with a car in Grove City. He said that the parking lot was only a few minutes away on I-71 and asked if someone could meet him there with the keys. I gave him the location, vehicle description, and license plate number. Brandon called back in twelve minutes to say that the person didnt need to come because he was able to get the car hooked and would take it to Firestone! He said I could call Junior and give him my credit card number, which I did. Brandon was amazing from start to finish. He was very friendly and professional, and so was Junior, who processed the payment and emailed the receipt to me. I highly recommend them.

I have nothing but kind words for K and K towing. After waiting for AAA for over 7 hours, I decided to look into another company and just pay. From the initial call to when Brandon pulled into the parking lot to pick up my car; it only took about an hour, even at 12/1am. Junior and Brandon were both so kind, understanding, and professional the entire time. Rude associates. My brother in-law is deaf and was treated pretty poorly.One of the associates asked if he knew how to steer, just because he is deaf does not mean he doesn’t know how to drive. He obviously knows how since he owns a car and has a drivers license? How ignorant. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They said they would charge $70 to tow the car not even down the street to a local auto shop.

I dont know how this place got such a high review, it took them nearly an hour to pick up my vehicle after I was advised of a 20-30 minute wait, then they charged over $70 to move my vehicle one mile. Ludicrous pricing and sub par service, I will not be using this service in the future.

These people have one thing in mind, the customer. They were very helpful, and went above, and beyond what most towing companies do, which is show up load up your car, then unload your wallet in the process. They also got me hooked up with a very awesome tire shop, and service garage A+++++
