Very easy process renting my house. I went through Roy and he made the experience super easy and helped me with any questions I had! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home!

Very quick and easy process! Saw one of their properties listed on Zillow and immediately scheduled a showing for the next day. Just had to call a number to get it set up and was ready to go. My boyfriend viewed the house for us and we loved it! We applied as soon as he got done. The very next morning we got a text and email saying we had been approved and the next steps to secure the house. Already pleased with the responsiveness!

Within what was literally minutes of being approved for a house that we absolutely would have loved our family to live in for YEARS to come you guys felt the need to “first come first serve” it to someone else because we missed your single phone call (that we called back right away) while we were at work. Wow.& to your response, you did say someone else had applied, you were waiting for a background check and if we wanted to get the house before them to offer a higher $ deposit & monthly payment and it would be ours. We called this morning, offered a higher amount than what you were asking, GOT APPROVED and by the time we called you back (right after you called) because WE WERE AT WORK just like you on a Thursday & you went ahead and gave it to someone else. Thanks for being so kind and offering us another property but man this left a nasty taste in our mouth.

The property manager was very professional and informative. The property is very modern and up to date. I scheduled a viewing and was able to see the property the very same day.

Our Family has been looking for a good location and a property that would satisfy our needs. Most of the places we applied for had no further communication with the applicants after application fees were paid ectara. So we saw this location and it checked off all of the boxes, the I submitted a request to view the property and got a quick response and time, an agent was onsite answered all questions and concerns and personally followed up before we applied. (Thanks Rob). Once we decided to apply we had a few challenges to overcome (technically) and the people at All County Portfolio were there to assist. They made the application process simple and any problems or questions we had got answered, unlike a quite a few places that wouldn’t even answer the phone. When will washer be fixed? Well who knows as this new property management for the owner slacks and does not communicate. Rent is paid up to near close of lease but owner cant repair appliance ? So many issues it is beyond nutts. Laundry mat expenses inquired and it has been nothing but complications with this unit and the adjacent unit aince move in. Negligent owner has this new property management that does not keep paying tenants updated on repair progress.

Rob and his team at All County run a tight ship, and do an excellent job in managing their properties and taking care of their clients. I would recommend him to any Owner that was in need of property management services.

Amazing place to live! Condo is perfect for a couple or someone living solo. Tons of space and a great layout. Location is incredible with restaurants, bars, Blue Jackets and the park just outside our door.Shout out to Rob who has been so attentive with getting our tour setup, paperwork and any maintenance done so quickly!Highly recommend.

All the 5 Star ratings for this company have been bought. They offer $25 off per applicant if they leave a 5 Star review. The agents for this company are incredibly unresponsive and difficult to get a hold of. I went to see a house months ago, and have been attempting to follow up and ask questions about the property and the lease before applying. I had to repeatedly call, email, and contact them through Zillow in order to even get a response. Even after our applications were approved, they took days to send the Lease Binding agreement and once they did send it (after we called them multiple times in one day asking them to send it) they got back to us while were in the middle of filling it out in order to tell us that somebody else paid up before us. They have a horrible Better Business Bureau rating and now I can absolutely understand why. I would not recommend pursuing any of their listings, unless you have months to spare and plenty of time to waste.

I would highly recommend All County Portfolio property management! Rob has made the entire renting process hands off for me. As someone who travels often I could not ask for anything more.
