Im a physician who recently moved to the area. I asked Mike Burchyett to represent me on a property which was being sold by the owner. It turned out that he knew the seller in person. However, I was provided reassurance that there would be no conflict of interest. He agreed that the property was overpriced. I was advised not to place an offer that may offend the seller and instead to wait until the seller brings down the price. While I was waiting his group became the listing agent of the seller. This is just so unprofessional. No principles.

Ive used Burchyett group twice now. And we have had issues both times, but most of which didnt come up until this last time when we went to try and sell the house we bought through them. They have no idea what they are doing and they do not care about protecting your interests at all. We have had so many problems this last time, mainly because our realtor wont fight for us and has allowed the person buying our home to walk all over us. We were supposed to close last week and now we are having to pay extension fees and we still dont know if we are going to close. And they dont care at all. We cant even pack because we dont know if theres a reason to. And because I mentioned these problems theyre forcing me to work through their broker. They have honestly put us through absolute hell. IF this deals goes through we probably wont buy another house for a very long time and we will make sure that everyone we know is warned from using this group.

I have more than enough great things to say about Mike and the Burchyett Team. I am a single mother to a 10 month old and Ive never had my own home alone before. This process is a big deal and I only want the best when dealing with anything like this. Anytime I would text Mike with a question or concern, right away hed call me and wouldnt hang up until I understood the answer to my question. Working with him you feel like you are his number one priority and he will go above and beyond to get you what you want no matter the time of day. He will give you his honest opinion on what to do for the house and what is not necessarily needed when it comes to making an offer on a house or selling one. I have worked with Mike several times and the Burchyett Team feels like family to me. I never feel like Im working with a realtor but Im working with a friend. The professionalism and the love they have for their clients is indescribable and I WILL NOT work with anyone else. Thank you Mike and the Burchyett Team for everything you have done for my daughter and I, and for finding and fighting for our dream home. Words cant describe the gratitude I have towards you.
