Im glad I found Jarrods Do It Yourself Wildlife and Pest Control Supercenter. I had wanted to get rid of some fire ants in my backyard and nothing I tried from Lowes or Home Depot worked. I went into Jarrods store on Veterans Pkwy and was immediately greeted by the store manager. Nice guy....very friendly and helpful. I told him my problem and he was very knowledgeable and asked if I had pets or children that might be affected by the ant treatment. I liked that. Just as I always say..SAFETY FIRST!! I had been to the other pest control company in Columbus near the airport and was disappointed by the high prices and lousy selection. The service wasnt so great either. I will shop at the Do It Yourself Pest Control Store on Veterans Pkwy for all my pest control needs.

Bought supplies through Amazon. When I tried to return the product, they denied the request saying it wasnt eligible for return. When I pushed back and went to Amazon to complain, Jerrod finally approved the return but then charged me a restocking fee saying that the product hadnt been returned in time. If they hadnt delayed the return by denying it to begin with, it wouldnt have been ONE DAY late. Its the lying -- no bueno.

Experts in their field, Friendly, Professional, Took their time to explain exactly what I needed to know to get rid of some unwanted pests, Thanks for your free advise and taking the time and Not try to sell me products that I didnt need.

They are way over priced. Save $100.00 by buying same product online
