I have been using the services of Broad & James for over 10 years. Their attention to detail and knowledge has always been great. Their prices are reasonable and the turnaround is always quick. If you need a quality repair shop, I highly recommend Broad & James.

Asked them to install a fuel filter. Reason they didnt is because it looked fairly new which it was. But was clogged do to bad fuel. After replacing it myself the truck ran great. Bad communication mightve been just one of those days for them. Theyve been good to me in the past not sure if something has changed.

The tow truck was courteous and professional. They helped me out relatively late at night and helped me get a ride to their shop to pick up my car. I would use them again for sure.

This is the second set of tires I have had put on by Broad And James Auto Care. They do a fantastic job. They put tires on my sons truck as well as my Honda Accord.

My car is a 2006 hhr with over 200,000 miles, paid off and remains in good condition because whenever I have issues, they are able to diagnose the problems, perform great work, are reasonably priced and provide speedy service. Wonderful customer service, I had a emergency breakdown in my work van at 1130pm. I called many 24 hour towing companys going down the list on Google. I could not get anyone to even answer my phone calls. The receptionist responded with urgency. She sent a truck out immediately which was important because it was so cold. The price was fair the receptionist made me feel at ease and the tow was smooth. This company is worth every penny they made a scary situation a lot easier. Called when I had a flat tire that was stubborn and couldnt be removed. After about an hour trying we gave up and called Broad and James. The operator was professional and pleasant. Gave me an accurate estimate of what it would cost to tow my car. Danny arrived quicker than expected and helped us change the spare without needing a tow. The price was comparable to roadside assistance. He even made sure I got back on the road safely! Will definitely use their services again if needed.

Broad & James Towing was dispatched by our insurance roadside assistance. We were told they would arrive within an hour, but they only took about 20 minutes. The driver was very courteous and professional. He quickly had our SUV dropped off at our local mechanic. Would definitely use them again.

I wish I could leave -5 stars. To start off the girl on the phone was about as friendly as a dead moose. I asked price and if they were available. She said yes within the hour. I needed to check and make sure I could get there so I called back and let her know I could and she said she would call me when someone was on the way. Well instead she called me when the driver got there so I drove 20 minutes only to find out that they pulled him from my tow to another one. I asked how long for someone else she said less than 30 minutes so I wait 40 minutes and call guess what still no one on the way. All the while dealing with someone who apparently hates her job. If you hate your job so much do something g else. Save your money people go with another tow company.

Customer service was great. They where able to get my car in and fixed in the same day for less then other companies wanted to charge. They have earned my biz. and will be my mechanic as long as I have a car...... Great Job Guys.

Id rather walk ten miles barefoot in the snow with shards of glass in my feet than use Broad & James Towning. My husband called them today after getting a flat. When he called them to come out he didnt realize that the place to get the new tire was literally fifty yards from where he was parked. The tow driver, knowing that the repair place was literally right behind them, went ahead and hooked the car up to the tow truck. Once he hooked it up he told my husband that the repair place was literally right behind them. My husband asked him to unhook the car so he could just drive it over himself. The man rudely declined and said once I hook it up I have to charge you the full $80.00. Talk about taking advantage of an out-of-tower. Not to mention, we used this same company two days prior when our keys got locked in our car. So these people made a couple hundred bucks off of us in less than 72 hours for barely any work. We will make sure that all of our Columbus friends are aware of the below average service that Broad & James provides. If I could give this place zero stars I would but sadly that wasnt an option.

At times where money can be really tight (Holidays, balancing bills, car payments, rent / mortgages, child care needs, etc.), when your vehicle breaks down thats the least thing you need at the time. Its GREAT to know that Dan and his crew will only fix what is needed and get you back on the road WITHOUT adding unneeded costs, fees or repairs! Honest service and great prices! I dont wish anyones vehicle to break down when going through financial difficulties, but if it does happen, I recommend you at least speak with Broad and James Auto Care first!

I had a nail in my tired and they immediately took me in on a few minutes notice. Repaired it in 30 minutes and sent me on my way. They couldnt have been nicer. Will go there again for car issues.

My daughters car broke a tie rod downtown Columbus at 10:30 pm on a weeknight. I called several places trying to get someone to tow it to a repair shop near our home. I either got sent to voice mail or was told they couldnt get it until the next day. Called Broad and James and was told they would be there within 30-40 minutes. The driver showed up 15 minutes later and within another 20 minutes he was setting it down at the shop. Our family has 4 cars on the road and B&J is going in all of our phones as the ones to call.

Im the guy that price compares all over Columbus before deciding to pay for a tow. I called 5 different places in my area and I finally settled on Broad and James. However, I had a question about the towing companys rates. I spoke to two different employees over the phone who were quite irritated that I would be asking them questions.The second person to speak with me was impatient, irritable, demeaning, tactless, and cruel. I called another company, A-T Towing, which had, initially, quotes me 92 cents more than Broad and James Towing. However, when I called them back they quoted me 30 dollars less than Broad and James initial quote! (I dont know why their initial quote was higher- I think it may have just been a guesstimated approximation.)The two companies are close enough in price that I suggest you use the more personable towing agency.

Just got an engine replaced and I could not be more impressed, these guys are very good, experienced and really know their business. The car runs perfect now, the job was done before the time they told me, and there where NO extra charges just right on the money, in fact they did a bit more than the estimate and still did not ask for more.If youre looking for auto work I would recommend them fully and I have been around awhile and seen bad repair shops and this is one of the good ones. I had reservations because of some of the bad comments below, until I realized that the business is two parts towing and repair. Personally I think the bad comments are from the towing side of the business and if you get your car towed because you parked where you should not, then dont complain about the towing company, look within. They towed my car from the place where it broke down and they where quick to come, fast and I had no issues with the towing side either.I am very happy!!!
