I like Grease Monkey because their staff is always professional and courteous and it does not take all day to get an oil change or tires rotated. They never pressure you to get additional service if you not interested. Most days you no more than 30 minutes tops. Great job

This Grease Monkey is professional, quick and thorough. I went in for an oil change to prepare for a trip. They checked everything out to make sure I would have a safe experience. They did not try to sell me anything or tell me that there was a lot wrong that would need to be fixed. They brought all the filters in so I could see them and decide if I wanted to replace them. People always try to get over on me bc Im a single female but that wasnt the case. I highly recommend them!

These guys are always friendly, always make sure they explain what’s needed, and they are fair which means a lot because most car shops are not. I go out of my way to go to this location. They also do the 50% for nurses which is so sweet. So much respect for these guys!

First time to go to a local car service shop aside from dealerships and Grease Monkey of Columbus on Veterans Pkwy exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, an agent welcomed us and asked what we needed, and also gave us the options to choose which oil type we wanted to use because that was our main concern. My husband and I were impressed with the cleanliness of the place, both work and reception areas. Aside from the available coffee and water, I like that they have a TV showing the estimated time of service for each bay area and as a customer, it is assuring that no time is wasted on checking up/fixing my car. It even says that they would deduct $1 for every minute that they go over. In our case, they didnt go over. They gave us recommendations which else needs replacing which we appreciated. They efficiently work as a team and all of them were courteous. My husband particularly say that he appreciated the use of the torque wrench after doing tire rotation to ensure the tightness of the tire nuts is accurate, not overtight. Lastly, looking at the receipt, I would say their prices are fair. They also gave us a military discount. Thank you so much, Grease Monkey of Columbus! Kudos and keep up the great work! You just gained one loyal customer today!

Thanks so much for locating the oil filter for my husbands car at another greasemonkey location, saving me from the hassle. Even waiting on the filter to arrive, my oil change was done pretty quick. I appreciated the updates especially since the car surprisingly took more oil than we had originally thought. Nice clean place and friendly staff. We will be returning.

I must say I I was nervous about bringing in my car at first and I had an expectation of how much money I will have to spend getting my car done and unfortunately I had to spend a little more but they were able to break down step-by-step everything they did and physically showed me on on the car what was going on with it and was very hands on and detailed. Im glad I came to them when I did they have my crown Vic feeling brand new again!

This was, by far, the cleanest oil change facility I have every seen. The waiting area was great, but you could eat off the floors of the bays! Friendly staff. Only disappointment was they did not have synthetic for diesels. No biggie.

I waited in the lobby while they were doing the full service oil change. They will hand you a Service Review and highlight what is recommended and the price. He explained it in detail and asked if I understood. They are not pushy at all. No one tries to scare or trick you into purchasing anything more. Ive used this location for several years now. Todays visit was exceptional. The staff was very professional, made thorough maintenance suggestions without being pushy, and got the work done quickly as usual. It was very clear to me that they appreciated that I was there and wanted to earn my loyalty. It is only a small stretch to say that as far as customer experience goes this was close to a Chick-fil-A experience.

I decided to come to the grease monkey and begin my oil changes from hearing so many good things about this store. I want to thank the manager James and Mr. Paul for being so honest about what my vehicle actually needed. I did not appreciate the woman that was blocking everyone from beginning their day because she didnt understand what was going on. I will be back for a fuel injection cleaner in the future.

Weve been taking our cars to this location for 2 years now, and we have always had a positive experience. They are efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to the services they provide, and have excellent customer service.

I love the honesty from the manager James. I had originally gone to a dealership to get my car checked since Im traveling across country to Washington state due to husbands orders. Dealership told me my filters where bad and needed replacing, needed a fuel injection done and new windshield whipers. Of course dealership charged me an arm and a leg and i couldnt do it. After going around a few places, I went into grease monkey and they checked my car to find out my filter wasnt even bad, basically brand new and James said hes not gonna charge me to replace something that doesnt even need replacing! Also I had just replaced the windshield wipers a few months ago so I didnt need that either! Ended up only having to do the fuel injection and gave me a GREAT deal for it! Great costumer service and any questions I had where answered. I recommend this place!

I went to this location about 15 minutes before they close they advertise they will check your air pressure and top off fluids between oil changes for free as a courtesy. I only needed air in one tire the workers seemed rushed and not willing to assist, the sensor inside the car remained on after they supposedly checked my air pressure less than three minutes after pulling into traffic my tire burst.The road side assistance associate said the tire seemed to have burst due to being over filled. I have been a customer for over ten years and I am beyond disappointed.

The lady mechanic was so rude, she didnt speak when I pulled in nor did she ask what type of service I would like....just very short and just told me my price. I usually go to somewhere else but I was in a hurry. They didnt take long but I dont believe I would go again
