I wish I could rate lower than one star if I could. The pricing is fine albeit a little on the expensive side but some of the employees are totally clueless.I dropped off my vehicle on time with my appointment, they took about an hour to look over what my described issue was then gave me a call to tell me what needed done in order to fix the issue.During the call, the technician explained I had locking lugs and there would be an up- charge for breaking them off because they couldn’t find the key to unlock the lugs. I told him I’d call him right back to look up online where the key could be stored in my vehicle.I did some research and found it was worth it to just break the pointless locking lug nuts off so I called back not 30 seconds later, told the service advisor that I wanted to complete the work on my vehicle and that was that.So I waited… and waited. 4 hours later I had no call, so I called in and someone at the front desk stated that they hadn’t gotten to my vehicle yet. Okay, no problem sometimes there are delays.I wait another 2 hours and call again, and they stated there was never any authorization for work to be completed on the vehicle and they hadn’t started on it… over 6 hours past the time I dropped it off.The advisor blamed it on me stating that since I didn’t speak to the same individual when I called them the second time to authorize work to be completed on my vehicle that they didn’t communicate and didn’t know I wanted to continue work on it.I had to wait until the next day for my vehicle’s work to be completed, of which I should have just taken it before then seeing as the employees don’t have an ounce of communication skills.Seriously just go somewhere else. S and K auto is significantly better, or Positive Performance.I guess companies can get away with hiring poor employees with the country’s mass labor shortage, go figure.

Very satisfied! Had my Jeep aligned by Steven and it drives great! He knows what he’s doing and they got me in and out in no time.

Have taken several vehicles here for tires, rotation,etc. never an issue and have gone extra to work on a tire pressure monitor sensor. This visit for a considerable tire order resulted in minor damage. Manager Kevin was quick to honestly, and sincerely rectify the situation. Big shout out to the techs and Kevin. Thank you. My daughter ran off the road in her Honda Civic and there was something hanging down rubbing the road. So we drove it to Belle and dropped it off Sunday, leaving the key in the drop and asking them to check it out. I got a call mid-morning on Monday, theyd fixed the problem, got the wheels in alignment and was able to pick it up by noon.

I had to go in to get a tire patched they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait which was fine because there were about 10 other people in the waiting room. I came back after an hour went and sat down and they called me up within 5 minutes. Asked how much I owed them and was told for something that small no charge just leave us a good review so Im paying that debt they completely fixed my tire in a little under half the time they estimated and they didnt even charge me for it.

Traveling a thousand miles from home and one of our tires was showing cord. In a pinch, we called Belle Tire hoping to get in asap to get front tires done and hit the road. When we called, we explained that we were traveling a ways from home and were in a bind. They were more than happy to fit us in the same morning. Got there and they only took an hour and a half. They didnt try to tell us what else was wrong with the car, what still needed fixed (we know what needs to be fixed up), and the price was super affordable!

Friendly, professional, affordable and clean.They are well liked and have plenty of customers. They accepted me just as a walk-in and finished installing 4 new tires quicker than expected. Excellent service. This place is the new Frank Anderson of Columbus, Indiana. Frank Valued his customers, Best One that bought him out does not. Belle has fixed multiple flats for free for several different vehicles of mine. I bought some brand new snow tires from them and had them mounted for an off road vehicle. This place is the place to go for great service and pricing. Belle tire is making a name for being the best in the tire business.

The staff and management has been exceptional on both times I have used their location, all were courteous, knowledgeable and very much customer oriented. Will be taking more business there and recommending them to others. Though I was just there for a tire that had gone flat, due to puncture, the Mechanics Austin and Brandon squeezed it in and got me taken care of and Josh the Assistant Manager was super kind and patient given the rush of cars they were experiencing on a Saturday morning.

I blew a tire on the boat trailer about 4 miles from the Columbus IN, location. Brought in my wheel and they had me changed in 15 minutes. I was back on the road in one hour. That is service. Thanks guys!

During our return from Bloomington to Cincinnati we had the miss fortune of hitting some road hazard and it caused the tire to start losing air pressure. We made it to Bell Tire where they determined that the tire had two punctures and the did the repairs, the cost for this service was no charge. I pulled of the interstate for a quick bite to eat, and realized I probably had some sort of serious problem. While eating my meal, I discovered I was across the parking lot from Belle Tire.Turns out I had a destroyed axle/suspension - likely a giant pothole got me. They emergency ordered a part from Chicago and I spent a couple of nights at the hotel nearby.They were kind, thorough, and went out of the way to make being stranded by my vehicle as tolerable as possible.I promised them a great review for their amazing service, and now, nearly 18 months later - Ive finally found the receipt and given them the praise they deserve. Think of it - if this has been weighing on my mind for 18 month, then you can be sure they provided memorable service that compelled me to finally make the review.

Good Service!I came here for checking the frequently coming Tire pressure symbol in my car. Wanted to check if it was an issue with the car tire. The checkup was free and upon checking it was identified that tire pressure sensor wasnt working properly and it was replaced and now everything going cool! Before changing I was informed about the issue and price for changing. Everything was done in professional way! I took appointment for the inspection prior and inspection as well as the sensor change was done in 1.5 hours and I was able to wait in the lobby until everything is fixed.Overall it was a satisfying experience!Thanks,

Traveling out-of-state my tire blew out and Walmart didnt have my size tires so this place was close by and they had excellent service considering I didnt have an appointment. I was there about 2 hours so lucky they had and IHOP restaurant right next door

Had my wifes Tahoe in for alignment the other week just had front end redone and small lift added. They didnt even touch it and still charged me had it back the next day and they said my lift had my control arms all the way maxed out. Took it to RG1 mobile in Franklin and they got it aligned perfect Bell tire had no clue what they were doing RG1 did a great job

The only place I will take my car for tires or tire repairs. They are the best there is.

They were swamped when i stopped for an oil change, but I however was in no hurry. I was quoted 1.5 hours but ended up being there for 3. Again, i was in no hurry and upon checking out they noticed how long i had been waiting. They ended up giving me the oil change for free, which was not necessary but they insisted. I will continue to use them when i am in the area. speed of service is not always as important as the quality of service. They staff was friendly and noticed the quoted wait time error immediately upon checking out and quickly worked to remedy.

The staff has always been competent and friendly on every visit. They really do go above and beyond my expectations.

So...I needed to get a tire fixed and an oil change. Simple. I made an appointment for 630. I finished my business and got there earlier, like 3 or so. The guy said, sure, we can squeeze it in. I asked how long it would be, he said maybe an hour or so...Im like, ok, Im retired, I have lots of time. 4, nothing. 5, nothing. 6, Im ready to go...a guy asked me what I was waiting for, I told him tire repair and oil change. He said...ok, what time did you get there? I said about 3. Hes like...hold on. Two minutes later, my truck is heading back, hood up, tire pulled off, guys working on it. 630, he comes gets me, said its outside running, and thanks. I asked him how much was it...he said. ITS ON US. Shouldnt take three hours to get a tire fixed and oil change...Im like... wowThe level of service was unbelievable. You bet theyll get my business and I highly recommend them!

This place has been awesome! Jordan Hull is the man you need to deal with! Everyone there has been good but I prefer Jordan! I bring my 2014 Hyundai and even my 2007 F350 Dually Diesel, even though they are unable to work on engine components of the Diesel engine, they are still willing to take a look at it! They are more than just a tire place! Great place! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have been here a couple of times and had great service. I went yesterday for an oil change and a tire fix due to low pressure. Two hours later, I finally got my car back, while paying, I asked about my tire. The customer service person, stated that there was a nail in my tire and they plugged it. It would have been nice to have been informed prior to them making the decision to fix it for me. Luckily due to him not telling me about it and the longer than normal wait time, I wasnt charged for the tire fix.

Belle Tire is outstanding! The employees are all very courteous and helpful, as well as knowleable. I went there last week to have the battery checked in my car because it wouldnt start earlier. They were very, very busy but had someone come and check it. It needed to be replaced and they did it within 20 minutes. Excelent!

Excellent service, arrived at 8am with a tyre repair needed, staff managed to fit me in very quickly. Very nice to see technician using air tools and torque wrench correctly. 50 minutes after arriving I was on my way home.

I was impressed how fast they completed a front end alignment. Top notch equipment.

They try to tell you your car is unsafe and it will be 2000 to fix it every time. I will never go back and am telling all my friends their deplorable business tactics.

Edit: After making an appointment to have my tires rotated, they were very quick to get me in and out. It only took about 40 minutes or so. Im much happier this time! Changing review to 4 starsThe customer service here after you buy tires is terrible. Ive been in three or four times in the last four weeks to try to get my tires rotated and balanced. Each time Im told its going to be about a 3 hour wait! Today when I went in I was told there were no walk in spots left today and I can make an appointment. Never once was I offered the option to make an appointment before! Ive always bought tires from tire barn and its only taken 45 minutes to get them rotated when I walk in with no appointment. Belle Tire should be able to more quickly work in tire rotations (from people who have already bought tires from them) between other tire installs. Its such a hassle to get any service here and I need to get them rotated every 3-4 months. Im really disappointed because they were so helpful when I bought my tires. If this is the usual customer experience, Ill never buy tires here again.

This is.a great place to work with if you provide the right information about the problem. Not really sure about everything they do but the tire, wheel and battery issues have been identified and fixed as needed. This includes locking lug nuts with lost key. Staff is friendly. It helps to have an appointment or you may have a wait.

We shopped around when we needed to upgrade the tires on our truck and decided to go with Belle Tires because of the numerous rebates offered by Belle and Michelin, thus costing us much less than the other 3 places we checked for the exact same tires. The salesperson Jordan is very knowledgeable and also offered a years alignment for a very reasonable price which I was thankful for. Within a month, we accidentally backed the back right tire of our truck into a culvert so we went back to get it aligned again. Service is done within the estimated time, shop is very clean and staff is professional. Yes l would higly recommend them.

After originally giving a 5 star rating I have changed it to a 2 star! I bought 2 new tires and they put them on different axles. I took a vacation day to buy the 2 then had to waste my lunch the next day having them put both of the new tires on the rear axles! If it wasnt for Kenny Id be giving it a 1 star! Probably wont be back for the alignment that I discussed with them. Customer service was good but dont trust the work!Above is my original comment. Then I bought 2 more tires in June and Kenny the store manager didnt give me a print out or try to upsell me anything.Today I went in and asked them to adjust my tire pressures and Joe explained to me that I can do it myself and how to work the equipment on the side if the building to do it. He said I type the number in and it will either add air or take out air (not inflate and deflate). I am on lunch and my business attire is business casual so I wont be setting my own tire pressure and not to mention do they tell all women to do this on their own!? WOMEN STAY AWAY FROM BELLE TIRE!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I took my car to replace the front passenger wheel hub, (paid 400.00) went to pick up on Tuesday after driving for only 5 minutes, I heard a clank noise in the same wheel. I went back so that they could check it and now they are telling me that the complete strut assembly, front passenger side shock, and sway bar lane/kit needs to be REPLACED. Isnt that strange? On Tuesday when they replaced the front passenger wheel hub, they did a FREE safety inspection. They want me to pay over 1,000 to get it fix!!?? Why didnt they tell me this on Tuesday when they replaced the front passenger wheel hub? Im so upset and will be calling customer service.

Arrived on time only to find that for some reason the manager had cancelled my appointment - clearly a disorganized lot. Avoid.

I switched from another local dealer due to some issues with my last tire experience. In the last month I have had 3 vehicles in for service, 2 for tires and alignment and one to clean up the mistakes made by the other provider. Service it prompt, the whole team was really nice, and they even recommended a tire that I was a bit skeptical about, and its been great so far. [Toyota Corolla 2014 on 7/31/2020 2: 30 pm]: Professional service by receptionist who assessed my tire with a small screw on the top of my tire confirming my tire could be easily fixed. . Mechanics come out after an hour of waiting my turn reporting that my tire could not be patched and I needed to buy a new one. Told them to replace my spare and put my damaged tire in my trunk. However they only returned my rims and not my tire. I demanded my tire be returned and they obliged. My tire got fixed at Tire Barn in less than 20 mins. Shady first experience. Never again!

The service at Belle Tire was great. They greeted you as you walked in and checked you in right away. The prices are great and had everything i needed was in stock. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Very helpful. Understood that we didnt want to do all the extras. We just wanted what we wanted. Nice staff, clean and professional environment. Alignment was very reasonable with coupon. $85 for one time or $109 for a year. Plus we had a coupon for $30 off.

A little slow but over all good experience.

Walked into Belle Tire, greeted and told I would be helped in a moment. All agents were busy with customers. Kenny - assistant manager - helped me pick a set of tires. The tires were mounted and in spite of an equipment glitch, that was fixed quickly, I was in and out in a little over an hour & a half. I did not mind the wait. Kenny was extremely nice to me and very professional. He is My Guy. I have never been disappointed with Michelin tires. Great customer service and I will definitely go back.

Drove approximately 45 min to purchase 4 tires, only to get to the shop about 15 min before closing time. After choosing the tires, it was closing time. So that we didnt have to make another trip to Columbus, they got the entire team ( even the manager ) on it and got them changed in less than 10 minutes. All the workers were very professional. I also liked the information that they had on each tire that we was looking at. 👍

They gave a great deal on tires for me earlier this year and then diagnosed / fixed some issues I was having today. Excellent service and people!

Initially was impressed with the manners and customer service skills. However... my car was towed to them because it was overheating. Staff advised they could not find what was wrong with vehicle. After over $400 to fix a car that had no issues, took it in for a 2nd opinion elsewhere. Turns out I had blown a head gasket. Boys, you just need to stick to selling tires.

Took my car 30 minutes before closing without an apointment scheduled and changed all 4 tires with a balance and a rotate. All while short handed. These guys are awesome!!!

I sent my wife over here to have a tire repaired. With 4/32nds of wear left they recommended a 4 tire replacement. At that measurement a 70,000 mile tire is only 75% worn. That means over a year of driving is left on these tires. Recommending unnecessary repairs is something that should no be done by a shop. It should be in their commandments!

I just purchased four new tires for $615. After 2.5 hours a guy came inside and told me if didn’t get an alignment from them for an extra $89 they would make a notation in my account voiding my warranty on the tires. I refused, got irate and told the guy it was a racket. They waited till after I owed for the tires before they said anything about the warranty. I also don’t need a alignment, period. It’s a 2016 and just had an alignment 6 months ago at the dealership.Do not, I repeat do not shop here.
