I come here all the time and every time I’ve had a wonderful experience. I have to say something about Kay, she’s been so attentive and very sweet each time I come in. To me she’s a huge asset to the Mavis team and I really appreciate her willingness to help. The mechanics have also been really nice and inviting, I’ve never had an issue with anyone there. Ladies do not worry, no up-charging on basic fixes. The prices are very well set and they are not going to charge you an arm and a leg to fix something!! Come here if you want your car fixed right!

My husbands rear shock had a bolt and nut that came undone. My husband drove to 4 different auto stores that didn’t have the parts in stock. Mavis was able to locate a bolt and nut same day, and install the part quick like. Always friendly staff and great service.

When I brought in my car I had no idea what was wrong with it but Tron was a big help. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and this is something that stood out to me! They were very busy but he made sure I understood what they were going to do to my car every step of the wayI will return as long as he is there

Great service again at Mavis Tire on Schomburg Road in Columbus, GA. Found a nail in my tire on a Sunday afternoon, and of course I’m supposed to be heading out of town early the next day. They found a replacement tire and had it installed within just a few hours. Always happy with the team here!

The staff was Amazing! I had an issue with my tire pressure and was pretty sure it was a nail. The mechanic who helped me, checked my tire right away found the nail and got it repaired in no time. Teenager had driven himself to his orthodontist appointment just by the tire shop and as he was leaving the appointment, he noticed his tire light on. He drove over to Mavis and the staff there checked the tire pressure, put air in the ones that needed it and gave him a valve stem cap all at no charge. The kiddo is a fairly new driver so he was worried it was going to be a big ordeal, but he said the staff were great. We will definitely be using this location for any tire needs in the future. Twice in just the last month Ive had a tire punctured on the highway, and twice Ive brought my tires and care here to Mavis. Each time they were extremely courteous and got my tire repaired and remounted quickly while also giving me a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

Out of 3 Mavis locations, Schomburg Rd. is the furthest away but will be the ONLY one I go to from now on. All the staff at this location were so helpful, professional and nice! Caiti was so incredibly kind and her customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced!

I have always had great experiences at every Mavis location, but today was exceptional. I couldnt run my AC because it was leaking into the passenger side floorboard. They were able to identify the problem and fix it in no more than 10 minutes. And the best part....there was no charge!! Thank you for making my day!

Discovered a nail in my tire, stopped at Marcus Tire & Brakes, 7608 Schomburg Road. I was pleasantly greeted and they took care of my tire right away. The whole place is nice and clean. Waiting area has a tv, water cooler and a area for children when you have to wait.

I’m so grateful for this crew! I had a last minute trip to TN and snow was scheduled and my tires weren’t going to cut it. I brought my vehicle in and they were able to quickly get everything taken care of so I could hit the road before it was dark and the snow came in!! Traveling with my baby girl in the snow at night to TN is nerve racking enough, but I felt 100% better knowing I had new tires and a trusted tune up done. Thank you Mavis ❤️

Had a weird issue with my brake lights staying on. Took to 3 other places trying to explain that my brake pedal position switch needed to be calibrated and they would look at me like I was crazy. Rusty took the time to check this out and fixed on the spot. In and out 10 min. Its been a while since Ive seen customer service this great.

If you beed your fixed or need new tires this is a place to come to. Employees are amazing tell you whatz going on with your tires and help out.

Took my vechical there 8:00 am am to just get an alignment 7/13/21 did not get vechical back until 2:00 pm. This is what they told me. I called to check on status at 12:00pm and some lady there told me that they were backed up on the alignment machine and she would call me back which she did.And told me my alignment was off 23 degrees did I want to have it aligned. I kinda thought for a minute and said did she just ask me that. I said yes please align it. And she said it would be ready in 15 minutes i dont know how she knew exactly how long it would take. but said she would call me back. so I waited until 2:00 pm and finally went there and noticed my vechical was parked in the same place it was when i dropped it off also it had close to 20 more miles on it when I picked it up.i dont believe they even looked at it because i never got a print out of the computer alignment which you do get after they align it. But here is what I did do I payed close to a 100 dollars for them to take my vechical for a joy ride.I did call the next day and explained it to manager.He said they have to drive the vechical before the alignment and after and run over pot holes in the road to make sure that alignment is good. im not a top notch mechinac but Ive never heard of that.This whole staff did not have the customer satisfaction mentality that they should have.I will not do business with them again.

Excellent service. They have dealt very well and fairly with me for several years. When I recently asked them to check over the tires, also they inflated them all to recommended pressure for free!

Maybe someone can explain the logic to me. I made an appointment for 10. I showed up about 15 minutes early. They ask if Im dropping off or staying. I told them I was sticking around and they inform me there will be quite a wait. Asked why. Because some walk-ins had dropped off their cars. So why would a walk-in take priority over an appt? Especially a drop off walk-in when an appointment is planning to stay? Dont offer appointments if they have no meaning.

Dropped in on a Monday to get a couple things done on my truck, Rusty was very helpful and knowledgeable on his products and had me out in a reasonable amount of time to be so busy.

Went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Apparently the tire rotation was free with it, a pleasant surprise. Also, Antron was excellent at getting me in quickly and taken care of in a timely manner.

Firstly, I called to set up a brake inspection and possible change of pads and rotors. I was on a very tight timeline as my family and I were going on a road trip the next day. I was greeted by Caitlin. She was great. Very kind, and very knowledgable. Though the shop was busy, she made time for me to bring my car in.When I arrived, I was greeted once again by Caitlin and Antron. An extremely positive experience. Every time I come to Mavis, they make me feel like a long time, respected client. It is something I find hard to come by anymore and appreciate it greatly. Cant say enough about the customer service.Shortly after dropping my car off, I received a call from Rusty at Mavis. Again, with maximum decency and knowledge, he let me know I would need front and back pads and rotors. Not a cheap fix but I knew it needed done, and a fair price quote was given.Within the hour, I received another call from Rusty. This time with bad news. My car would need a specialized part that they didnt have in stock. At this point, he had already called every other Mavis, parts store, and shop he knew of to try and track down my part. Again, greatly appreciated.He told me that hed ordered my part from two different suppliers to ensure that it would be there in time and ready so that my family could still leave the following day for our trip.Again, greatly appreciated.The following day, I received a call from Rusty at 9:30 A.M. letting me know that my car was already finished and waiting for me. Leaving my family and I plenty of time to get on the road with our plans.I cant say enough about the people working over there. If you are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and good service, take your car to Mavis on Schomburg.Again, thank you Rusty, Antron, and Caitlin. You guys were awesome.

I went in today to get a tire repaired due to a screw in it. Their team checked all of my tires and actually found and repaired 3 screws.The gentleman running the operation today was extremely helpful and courteous with every customer that came through the lobby.This was my first time ever visiting Mavis and will definitely return. Next time I need tires or brakes on any car of mine, we will go to Mavis for sure.The reviews speak for themselves. All of my friends recommended Mavis for my needs going forward.Their lobby and waiting area was set up to social distance with ease.
