Fast friendly, newly bought from Amazon, costco now owns it, if your picking up amazon left overs get a pickup number from broker... Spent probly 30-40mins back and forth with broker, guard about pickup lol.There is parking on street if u need it.

Guard at check in extremely helpful. Helped me unloading without appointment. Fast unloading. Easy backs but its busy though. Can park on street overnight.

Service was quick for 1 pallet. But guard shack gave me food poisoning for days.. cuz he stunk. Lol

Main delivery service for lowes, Costco, and Sears, friendly professional workplace environment but has a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, they go out of their way to follow meaningless policies that cause unnecessary delays in deliveries. Regard for products is nonexistent, the forklift drivers damage about 10% of appliances and delivery teams are forced to attempt delivery of the items, please check all your appliances thoroughly as they will try to hide the damage from you.

Slow to unload, no contact unload though but took north of four hours. Plenty of backing room

My husband is a truck driver who tried to deliver to this distribution center. All truckers be warned that this is NOT a good load. The broker said it would be a 24 hour window for them to unload him. The broker lied. He got to the distribution center and the very rude guard said that they have a 48 hour window. Also my husband could not park there but had to leave his trailer and go to a truck stop and wait. They expected him to come back and check periodically to see if it was empty. They would not answer the phone either. He finally went to pick up his trailer close 42 hours later and another rude guard refused to sign his paperwork that would allow him to get detention pay. And guess what? His trailer was empty and no one called to let him know. WARNING TRUCKERS! The money might look good but you lose in the long run! Do not deliver to this distribution center.

Easy in and out. Yard is huge. But doesnt seem like a lot of loads come out of here. Sears has been closing alor of there stores recently..so im guessing only moms&pops store are placing the orders.

Guarded warehouse only interesting if you need a job or are curious where your merchandise comes from.

Friendly staff and convenient hours. Early morning drop off is an option. Leave a phone number for a service completed call. There are limited auto supplies onsite.

Loads are rarely ready on time. But otherwise, these guys do not cause a driver trouble.

Easy in and easy out... just wish they had overnight parking.

The security guard at night is one of the rudest I have ever came across. Though you are in-and-out most of the time they do not have an Empty period

Poor. My wife was supposed to start work for security third shift. They were not going to train here. Just throwing her to the wind. She threw a fit and the supervisor agreed to train her an hour on her FIRST day! Poor business practice!

A great place. They unloaded very quickly. On the papers I had DC Walmart and I was a bit worried that I would be sticking out here 4-5 hours and here is such a pleasant surprise. You can park your car overnight on the street
