We were left without a load on Saturday... Was already at pick up and got to know about it from the shipper. Deadhead was 150 miles...Horrible experience and of course no one is guilty

I can honestly say that over the years there has been a lot of freight brokers that have left bad taste behind. Thats said, Zipline isnt one of them and hopefully will stay on track for years to come. It is real pleasure to do business with guys like Nathan C. whos not just a great professional, but also down to earth fella. Keep up the great work as you are one of few companies thats changing opinion and approach to 3rd party logistics companies.

Zipline is a great 3PL to partner with! Everyone I have dealt with goes above and beyond to make sure all parties are taken care of the best way possible, as quickly as possible. I know if I ever have a problem I can count on Zipline to get it resolved quickly while keeping our office and the driver informed at all times! If I could score them higher than a 5 I would! They are one of my favorites!

Nice team of people; most bizarre/time wasting interview process ever, though. If you want to join their team, plan your entire day to first sit with their team then have an extensive question-heavy one-sided interview.
