The workout space is good the customer service is horrible. If you have kids this isnt the gym for you. The child care is ran horrible find a better gym. Crush fitness gym is great and brand new and the child care is great. Haply gym hunting

Excellent facility, one of my favorite places to work out. Basketball court,Big weight room, cardio area and crossfit area. They have all you need and more.

Greatest gym in the city. I work out there at least 3 times a week. Friendly, helpful staff & free to use for military retiree families. I save a bunch of money!!

Excellent gym available for use by DOD civilians and military. Provides lots of exercise equipment and room to conduct PT. Shower and changing areas are clean and well kept. I would use these facilities again.

Probably one of the best gyms around. Huge facility, crossfit area, free weights dumbells up to 150lbs. Just needs indoor pool.

FORCING NON-ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEES TO WORK IN THE OFFICE / GYM DURING DEADLY PANDEMIC. HANDING OUT UNSANITIZED GYM EQUIPMENT TO ELDERLY FOLKS. The corruption within leadership here is a disaster.

Huge fitness center with a lot of different fitness machines; great variety. There is also an indoor track, basketball court, volleyball court, and boxing room.

One of biggest gym facilities Ive been to; loved it!!! Has all the facilities needed plus some sports areas including ping-pong, basketball, racket ball, and boxing.All sports equipment needed to play is provided free from staff!

Great gym! Great staff! Only complaint would be people hogging multiple weights/equipment during peak hours.

Their official website and their Google search both say that theyre open until 7:00 pm, but show up to learn they close at 1:00 pm. Been all over the world and country and never seen or heard of a fitness center closing at 1:00 pm on a weekday.

This gym is the best. Has modern equipment and lots of space. Group fitness classes offered like spin, zumba, and cross fit. Tons of options for all kinds of training.

The gym is available for military, employees, and family approved to be on base. Membership is free. They have everything you could probably want out of a gym. Full indoor track, weight room, basket ball court, treadmills, weight machines, classes, outdoor pool, racquet ball courts, etc. I could mention more, but it is worth finding out their full services on their website.

Always clean and family friendly...has equipment designed for every activity to include boxing, indoor track, football style training...tires...you name it...they have it!

This is a fantastic fitness center! Layout is annoyingly complex (maybe the building is a repurposed warehouse?), but it has pretty much EVERYTHING outside of a pool. Volleyball? Yep, Basketball? Yes. Weights? Yes. Spinning? Yes. Aerobics Room? Yes. Crossfit weirdness and oddities? Yep.The equipment looks like it was purchased in the past 2-3 years, so everything is in good working order...Only drawback? It is tucked in on the western edge of the DSCC, so it can be difficult to get to.

Has all one needs for fittness....have to work on base or be military to get on to base to use it.

I WAS NOT AT THE FITNESS CENTER....I was visiting Outdoor Rec,on the other side of the building. Best staff ever !
