Excellent results for our basement and outdoor porch projects. We wanted a dramatic floor for the basement and we got it without a doubt. It looks amazing and will be so durable. The porch needed a durable floor with a slip resistant finish to match the decor. What a difference these products make. Rick and Barry were very accommodating and the finished products are amazing.

We had Columbus Garage Floor Coating refinish our garage floor this Spring and have been very pleased with the product. It looks much better than the cracked, stained, chipping concrete and while I cant speak to the longevity because Ive only had it a few months, they offer a great warranty and Im sure it will last. Rick and his team are truly the best. We just built a house and, thus, had to deal with a slew of different subcontractors. Columbus Garage Floor by far was the best of the best. They did our garage and basement. When we went to make some changes in the basement that impacted the epoxy floor they did, Rick came out and worked with us. He was so accommodating, overall, it just how business should be conducted. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for such work as their craftmanship is equally as great.

Garage looks great. Ryan, Cody and Taylor did a great job. Ryan was a great Team Lead. He explained everything they were doing and was very proud of the work they do. Also explained about the warranty and gave me a jar of flakes from the batch they used in case they need to come back and do any repairs.

We love our new basement floors! We debated over tile, LVT, carpet, or paint, and we are so happy that we chose this product and this company. Our new floors are so interesting and eye-catching. Recently (July 2017) had our garage floor refinished by Columbus Garage Floor Coating. The whole process went smoothly. Brandon came to our house to describe the process, recommend options, and quote a price. The concrete garage floor was 25 years old with many large chips and cracks. The floor cracks were repaired and the floor was prepped on day one, then the coating was applied on day two. The results are stunning (looks like a car showroom) and the price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend. Great customer service.

Columbus Garage Floor Coating performed a great job on our garage floor. The floor was pushing thirty years thirty years old and needed some repair. CGFC team turned the garage floor from an ugly frog to a Prince.We removed the old wooded step and purchased a concrete step and had the step coated and it also looks great. I would recommend have the row(s) of block coated too. Having the block coated just adds to the beauty of the floor.We also installed our old kitchen cabinets, and counter-top. We added LED lighting to bring out shine of the coating. I wish we had the floor coated years ago.

I have worked with them on multiple home projects and each time the work and service has been exceptional. Would highly recommend. Owners are super nice!

I should have done it years before. There were a few cracks and flaking from salt damage but that was all remedied. One year later, it still looks absolutely beautfiul, is so easy to clean, and I have no worries about salt damage. The sales manager was super; professional, personable, and followed up a couple months later to be sure everything was satisfactory. This is THE coating to get, rather than the pebble stone, which is porous.

Excellent, professional job. The company even went the extra mile to fix paw prints that were left by our dog while the floor was still wet. We highly recommend Columbus Garage Floor.

The team that did the work was very professional, punctual, detailed, and did good work. My review is not related to the end result of the install.The same day that payment was due to arrive at their office I received a call from the owner whom proceeded to insult me and go on a very strange tirate. Ive had many interactions with companies of different sizes, from tiny ones like this one, to huge corporations, but I can categorically say that this was by far the strangest call I have ever had, to the degree that I worried about the mental health of the owner. I think he forgot about customer service, lost his senses, and took the opportunity to unload everything that had gone on that week with him on a customer, whos only crime had been getting payment to them within three weeks. I would not do business with this company again, only due to the owners inappropriate behavior.

This company charged me over $1100.00 to finish my single car garage floor and I have had nothing but trouble ever since it was completed from a very slippery floor that caused me to slip and hurt myself to peeling paint between to cement seems to rust coming through the lower walls to Tire tracks not removable with the cleaning agents that they recommended for cleaning the floor. DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO FINISH YOUR GARAGE FLOOR. It looks good when its first done. However, trouble is soon to come. Trust me...

The floor looks great! The resistance to fluid spills (Brake,Power Steering, Gasoline) is outstanding. My only reservation is chip resistance. I am always concerned when I drop a tool. I now have 2 very small chips, one from a garage door installer dropping his cordless drill, one from me dropping a large crescent wrench. If you dont drop heavy or sharp edged items, Im sure the floor would look as good years down the road as it did on day one. Its been about a year since installation and still looks fantastic! I am however cautious about dropping things.

Did a good job considering the challenging weather conditions at the time of work (cold snap). Kept me well informed of extended curing process time needed.

I am extremely unhappy with the service associated with this company. I signed up for the Ultra Premium product. An option to fill the control joints was never discussed, so after the job was completed I noticed fuzzy lines throughout my garage on top of the control joints. I asked Brandon if we could fix this. Create a hard line or redo the control joints and I would pay for this to be done to have a nice smooth product (dirt is attracted to the control joints and it looks bad a week after power washing). Brandon set up several appointments to address the issue, then he would no show and ignore my calls. The product was installed in January 2018, so I gave him ample time to rectify the issue (eight months). Brandon Baushard is extremely unprofessional.

Above and beyond great service especially with their patience with my indecisiveness on color choice! Great job and very happy with final result.
