We brought them for a cabinet color change job. Their crew was very personable and professional. They were very respectful of our premises and did a terrific job of making sure they were not leaving a mess. We got the white cabinets we wanted at a fraction of the cost of getting a cabinet reface and the results were just as superior. 5 stars all the way!

I recently hired N-Hance of Columbus to complete a full cabinet renewal for a real estate client of mine. The kitchen of the home was tired and out of date. The drawer hardware was old-school and ineffective, the door hinges were visible, the doors and drawer fronts were not full-overlay and the finish was literally worn off in many places with dings and scratches everywhere. N-Hance offered their cabinet renewal service which provides replacement doors, drawers, hardware, new pull-out trays, and specialty accessories like trash can holders, etc., all using top-of-the-line Blum soft close and self-close drawer glides/hinges for that high-end look and feel. They spray-applied an opaque paint, achieving an absolutely flawless, factory finish that is really beautiful. I was able to select ANY color of paint I wanted from an endless selection of Behr brand paint. The new, velvety finish on the cabinets is luminescent without being shiny. N-Hance achieves this using a 4-step finishing system that utilizes a patented catalyst that responds to UV light to create a baked on finish that is highly resistant to scratches and abrasion. The best part is that there was very little smell to the paint!In addition, I cant say enough about how fast, efficient, clean and tidy the N-Hance crew was, not to mention their people being polite and courteous, diligent and trustworthy, exceptionally helpful and very considerate of the home. Ive had a lot of work done for my own home and for the homes of many of my clients over the years and I can say that these people were the best, so far. N-Hance of Columbus did a phenomenal job refacing our builders grade, mismatched, honey-oak cabinets. Weve known since buying our condo that we wanted to reface the cabinets, so we got quotes from multiple companies. N-Hances quote was about half the cost of others, but we definitely do not feel like their work was less than exceptional. The process was relatively quick and clean given how much the look of our kitchen has improved. The crew was also a pleasure to work with and were very knowledgeable, I knew we were in good hands. I would absolutely hire them again and would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to update the look of their kitchen!

Worked with us with scheduling the job during the coronavirus. Workers arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job of refinishing the base cabinets and installing new drawers and doors. Work was completed over course of three days as promised. They sealed off the work area to confine dust, cleaned up after and hauled away all the old doors. All of the workers were very courteous and we were especially impressed with work that Manual did.The whole job completed with minimal disruption to our daily routine and to our complete satisfaction. We hired N-Hance to refinish our kitchen cabinets and the wood ceiling in our living room. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and would recommend them! Our whole house looks totally different.

Our kitchen cabinets were worn and outdated. We attempted to paint them ourselves a couple of years ago ~ they initially looked pretty good, but the paint started to wear off pretty quickly.We then decided to find a company to professionally update our kitchen. We had a few companies come to our house and give us estimates. Larry Pollock from NHance, took the time to not only get us an estimate to replace our kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, but also gave us other ideas to maximize the amount of kitchen space we had.We took a couple of months to make the decision to do the update, and when we contacted Larry he came right back out to the house and got us right in the schedule ~ we truly appreciated that he accepted us taking the time to make this big decision.Again when Larry came to our house the second time he took the time to walk through our kitchen, and in our efforts to gain more storage space, our project extended into our laundry room (attached to the kitchen).Shortly after the all of the updates were scheduled, we found yet another addition for our kitchen. We had N-Hance work on refacing our kitchen cabinets as well as our half bath cabinets. We also added some custom work- crown molding and a wine cabinet. Their process of painting and finishing the cabinets looks and feels amazing. Never being through a renovation process before I wasnt sure how the process would go but they gave me their direct numbers and I was able to call and verify information as the project went along. One of our cabinets was damaged and they werent able to repair it onsite and ended up needing a whole new corner drawer system to fit back into it. The piece was backordered so I did have to wait about 4 weeks to have everything completely done but because of how the market is with materials it was out of their control. They came 2 days before Christmas and completed the job in just a few hours! The guys working each day were respectful of our house as we had 2-3 other projects going on at the same time. This was a great company to work with and for what we got is far and beyond better and more economical than the work we would have received from a big box company. They were about 1/3 of the cost from other places i looked at but I definitely did not sacrifice quality work! I even got some extras that I wouldnt have gotten other places. Before this job was done I was already asking for a quote on other jobs! Will definitely use them again!

Individual came out named Larry Pollock. Only way I knew his name was to call Corporate office. He offered no business card, so unprofessional !! Slid his foot across my wood floor in kitchen . Slight scratch. I will be following up with him about that issue. Anyway, he didnt like the fact we used another brand product to maintain our beautiful veneered wood floor. This Larry Pollock was arrogant and I have found this NHance product online when their corporate office says it isnt possible. I requested another franchisee to come out and offer some suggestions. I wouldnt recommend Larry Pollock or NHance whatsoever. If they dislike Rejuvenate so well then it must work pretty well. It sure looks good on my floor. Larry Pollock confirmed what I suspected. You can buy Rejuvenate for 15.00 against their 1200.00 for basically the same process. Use water and dish soap to clean floor. Use wood cleaner, then the finish coat. You will have 50 dollars tops in the whole deal with a little bit of elbow grease. I called the number that was on the gallon bottle of NHance I bought. The individual said it was probably another franchisee that went out of business and they were selling of what they could to capture some money. This whole company sounds like a SCAM. Proceed with caution

N-Hance completed restoration of cherry kitchen cabinets that were 20 years old. We were very satisfied with the work completed and have already recommended H-Hance to one of our neighbors.In addition to the quality work, we found all the members of the various teams that visited our home to be very courteous, professional, efficient and genuinely caring about the quality of the work they were doing.If we decide to move forward with other services that N-Hance provides (e.g. flooring refinish) – we will not hesitate to use them.

We refinished our cabinets, keeping the boxes and replaced the doors and hardware. We went from a dated birch color to white. The team was very easy to work with from choosing the look we wanted to the installation. Larry helped guide us in making decisions on style and details based on his past experience. He made some great suggestions such as adding crown molding and soft close drawers that have enhanced the look and functionality. The work team, led by Larry’s son, was professional and efficient. They were in and out in 4 business days. We have a whole new kitchen without the months of work and high cost! My only regret is not doing this sooner. I highly recommend N-Hance.

I was impressed with the company

Team arrived right on time. They explained in detail what they would do and how they would do it.We discussed periodic status calls.We checked into a nearby hotel expecting to stay the night. By 7:00 we received a call telling us that the work was just about complete and if we wished we could return home by 8:30.When we returned home we were amazed at the floors transformation. It looked as though a new hard wood floor had been installed. Very impressive! Hard to believe so much was accomplished in less than 12 hours!We discussed how to treat the for the nest few days and then care and maintenance going forward.Couldn’t be more satisfied.Highly recommended!

Larry was great to work with. His crew replaced wood damaged by a water leak and stained the new wood to match the old. We did not have the stain color of the old wood, so it was not an easy task to match it. They got it close enough that you have to look very close to notice the difference. It is in a small area in a half bath. It saved having to re-stain the entire floor. Then they buffed and applied their satin finish coat over the entire floor. It looks great. Being able to move things back immediately after they were finished was so nice.I am now looking to have Larry replace the cabinet doors in my kitchen and paint the cabinets. He is truly a nice guy and determined to provide an excellent job.

We were extremely pleased with the results of our cabinet remodel as well as the way all the steps in the process were handled by Larry and his sons Kyle and Matt. Larry gave excellent suggestions as to colors, door choice, hardware, etc., as I did not have a definite plan going into the job. We were hoping to have the work completed in time for a high school graduation party we were hosting, and although their schedule was booked well past that date, Larry rearranged jobs to fit us in a week before the party. Kyle and Matt and staff were courteous, considerate, prompt, efficient, and highly skilled and knowledgeable about the entire process. Our kitchen looks new and modern at a fraction of the cost we would have paid to replace the cabinets entirely. I highly recommend their services, and we look forward to having them return to do some additional wood refinishing in other areas in the future.

We are very happy with the work N Hance did for us! I was considering refinishing my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and someone mentioned that N Hance could do it for me cost effectively and they did! Every person that we spoke with was very nice & helpful but I was most impressed by the work they did! They literally sealed my entire kitchen area off with a pipe out the window before sanding and when they were finished the areas they worked in looked great and was very clean for the work they did. Not as expensive as replacing and Cost me more than doing it myself but the quality of work and the time I saved was more than worth it to me and I recommend them to anyone considering replacing or refinishing.

I had a couple of doors refinished with N-Hance of Columbus and right from the beginning I had a horrible experience with them. I worked with Larry and we agreed on the quote and I was given a start date but then he kept canceling on me several times and sometimes he didn’t even have me in his calendar when he said he was going to add me to his calendar.Then finally after several emails and texts and phone calls his crew came and took the doors away. A couple of days later it was brought back and I noticed how much of a sloppy work was done with the refinishing. There were several big spots and big areas on the door which I am pretty sure wasn’t even touched and leave alone sanding or polishing . It was pointed out to his crew and also to Larry both while they were on site as well as after the work was done but I have never heard back from them. I was given lots and lots of promises by both father and son that any issues I could call them anytime but I tried and tried but there was no response back and this was just within a couple of days after the work was completed.If anyone is looking to hire them I would give it a serious thought and consideration before you do. I find that they are very unethical, unprofessional and on top of it the workmanship is horrible. I would have been better off just replacing the doors instead of going through their service.

It was a great pleasure working with N-Hance for our kitchen refinishing project. Having been burned in the past many times with poor contractors, I was very careful in this process in doing my due diligence in finding the right company to do the work. I had 4 different companies come to my home to give me quotes for the project. Larry from N-Hance came and was hands down the most professional, prepared, and competent of all the companies. He shared the entire process to me and really educated me about each phase of the process and product that his company delivers. When all the quotes came in, though their quote was a bit higher than the others I received, it wasnt fair to compare because what N-Hance was offering in terms of product and service was far beyond the other companies. I decided to use them and it was the best decision I could have made. Once the decision was made, I was given all the time lines and what I could expect at each phase of the process. They followed their established timeline exactly, and each morning, I received a phone call reminding me of what to expect on that particular day. This was extra communication verifying what had already been shared. Their teams came and were extremely professional, cared about the quality of their work, and treated my premises respectfully every step in the process. They explained the work that were doing and asked many times if I had any questions. From beginning to end, they were top notch! As I said, I have been burned by many contractors in the past, but I will be using this company in the future and I highly recommend them for your home projects!

I’m very pleased with the new finish on my floors. My only negative is that I wasn’t told that I should remove the quarter round trim for ideal results. Matt and team set up plastic protection, were neat, and provided great communication.

I have to say that nhance did a great job on my cabinets. We had our cabinets done in June 2018. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be fixed. Well, I have reached out to Larry Pollack around 6 times to address these issues. I havent heard from him since August. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I wish I hadnt paid him in full before these minor repairs were taken care of. I left him a very good review in June and now am retracting that review because of the current situation.

I had 4 solid core six-panel doors sanded, primed, painted and clear coated. Matt picked up the doors on Monday and returned them on Tuesday. The finished product was exactly as promised. Pretty hard to beat!

We have 3/4 hardwood flooring. We had water damage to our kitchen. The damaged wood floor had to be removed and new wood installed.In order to make the flooring match, we had to have the entire flooring refinished. In addition to the repair we also decided to lay new hardwood flooring in our family room and den.We interviewed several companies. We were impressed with Val and his team from the get go. He spent time to discuss with us what he felt was the best approach. How long it would take and the type of finish we wanted.His estimate was reasonable and the time to complete was on time .His team was wonderful, their technique was spot on. Sanding dust was at a minimum.N-Hance did a wonderful job, courteous and very clean. We LOVE our floor. We definitely recommend him and his team. We will use them again to replace carpet upstairs as well.
