This was the first time weve ever had maid service, and overall it was a very good experience. We expected that nearly everything would be cleaned in the Deep Clean service, though a couple of things might slip through until our next service. The maids (Bethany & Tiffany) were friendly and worked constantly, dividing up the work between themselves. We expect to use the monthly cleaning services going forward. We only have two suggestions for future cleaning: 1) Have a second vacuum with better pickup power when the first starts to fail, and 2) Run all fans after cleaning, so that the loosened dust bunnies fall off and can be vacuumed up. Would definitely use Two Maids & A Mop again for cleaning up!

The ladies that did our apartment were so polite. They cleaned quickly but did such a good job! I am beyond impressed with how good our apartment looked once we left! Very very happy with our experience. We will definitely be using this company again for their services.

They sent me a reminder before the service and they even emailed me information.Once the girls were done cleaning they had me do a walkthrough and asked if there was any feedback or anything I felt needed to be fixed. I feel like on the customer service front this place is 100% and I work in customer service. They have made a life long customer today with me.

I have used the services at the Columbus Ga office for about a year. More frequently prior to the pandemic. However, I only complained maybe once because I realized the ladies needed their job. I woul clean up soE when they left but overall the house was fresh. I even provided some of my own supplies. The problem is I requested that they only send vaccinated employees. The rep told me she could not comply with my request. I know that some of the ladies were vaccinated however last mont one of the ladies was not and since I have had CoVid and don’t want it again I requested only a vaccinated team. She told me she could not comply because the company does not require vaccines. I don’t have a problem with that but I feel like if I request only vaccinated employees in my home there are at least 2 employees that have vaccines.

Update: March 19th, 2021. Not one phone call not one text, nor email. Everything I have said were absolutely true. You only wanted the money. We all know you overcharged me because it was the most expensive package.So to all those who want to use them...the owner records the phone calls that come in. And you have to give a credit card up front.Those 2 things alone, should make you weary and use someone else. She will not stand behind her values and principles and do the right thing. She will charge you no matter how good or bad the job is. My business is gone and I will tell anyone who will listen to what this company is doing to their customers and shame on them for doing it during Covid where money and patience is lacking.Horrible service. They were paid to clean my house and it eas not done. It looks worse now. When I called the office I was told too bad. What kind of business basically steals your money and then wont do the job? I would never recommend this company to anyone.UPDATE: I have received a reply....to you the owner...what a laughable statement. You never at any time tried to fix this situation except to send the same 2 girls out. You tell me....why in the world would I want the same 2 girls to come when they couldnt and Wouldnt do the job right in the first place. Its is YOUR responsibility to back up your guarantee. So you say in your reply the phone call was cut short....did you ever try to call back and fix the situation? Did you ever at any time called, texted, emailed? I can answer that....no you did not. What the truth really is ...you were only worried that I insulted you by telling facts. You do not know what a deep cleaning is....you lied to me on the phone when you knew I had 14 ft. Ceilings and hard wood floors, but never once told me you couldnt do that. YOU knew it was after construction and it was only 5 of the 7 rooms. There were no cabinets or appliances to clean. Only clean the light fixtures, ceiling fans, wood floors, 1 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. Not including the dining room, the kitchen, and enclosed porch. So explain to me your reasoning behind your guaranteed customer service.. Just apologize, fix the issue or refund me at least half my money. And you are nuts if you think those 2 girls did a good job. I will update my post to let everyone know if she actually does back her company up. She wont. Thats my guarantee!!!!

Today I had my first house clean from Two Maids & A Mop. It was nothing short of spectacular! Kaylin and Dena arrived on time, introduced themselves and shared what they would be doing. It made me feel comfortable with two people I didnt meet before today in my home. My 1,800 sq. ft. house was cleaned efficiently and thoroughly in less than 2 hours. They cleaned corners, tops of appliances - all of the details as if it was their own home. My home has been cleaned from top to bottom and looks amazing! I think it may smell even better - its a toss up but I have finally found a cleaning team that cares about my home as much as they do theirs - and the results show! Thank you Kaylin and Dena! They do a good job with the clean. I am usually at work when they come, but the ladies I have met when I was home in the past have always been very friendly. They have always been on time and been able to accommodate when I needed them to adjust the schedule to come a different day.

Tabatha and Tiffany teamed up to conduct a deep clean on my home. Overall, they did a good job and they are so sweet and patient. However, toward the end of the visit they appeared to be rushing to get to another job. Therefore, there were a few things missed in the kitchen. The supervisor was very understanding when I addressed the concern and offered to have the employees come back to clean the kitchen again at no charge. They did a great job with the kitchen during the reclean and was very open to tips. This was my first cleaning service. I learned that I should have also made recommendations regarding cleaning products that preferred and gave more tips on how I liked to do certain things. The company is very flexible with receiving tips and using your product of choice. Also, I had an opportunity to conduct a walk through and failed to do a good job with that. I would definitely use this company for cleaning again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Two Maids & A Mop of Columbus. The two women (Kaylin and Megan) were so thorough and professional. They were on time, friendly, and helpful. I really enjoyed that they took my preferences as far as what cleaners to use. An added bonus was they were completely dog friendly and willing to work around my two pups!

The housekeepers were pleasant and polite. They were most interested in what I wanted in order to be pleased with their efforts. I provided my expectations on paper for them to refer to, and they were happy to clean according to my instructions. Princess and Tiffany are a great team, and I will be happy to see them next time.

Shonda and Corey did a great job on our house yesterday. We had had new flooring put in and there was dust everywhere from taking up tile flooring. Worth every penny! Hired them to do a deep clean on my house today. We have lived here for 4 years and probably had accumulated 4 years worth of dust. The cleaners arrived early ( called first to make sure that was ok) and stayed for a good 4 hours cleaning everything top to bottom. My house looked better than it did when we moved in! I mean they cleaned inside the kitchen drawers, the microwave, the bookshelf, fans, baseboards, everything! They were so professional and amazing. Would definitely like to spring for this service once or twice a year. I highly recommend it. ❤
