I tried to schedule a residential service. After filling out a 20 minute questioner I was told I would get a call the next day by 9:30am. I called back at 9:45am and I was told my form would be submitted again and I would get a call soon. Its 10:30 and no one called. I called another service and they are coming out same day. No questioner needed.

I have tried several cleaning companies before and have not been overly excited about any of them, usually canceling after 2 or 3 visits (giving them the benefit of the doubt that they will get it all cleaned eventually).I have only had my first cleaning with RHR, but already they seem to be better than their competition! I filled out a questionaire online and received a well researched and straight forward quote. Then, when I needed to change something in the quote, Rochelle @ RHRs office fixed it right up and emailed the updated quote back very quickly. I also love that I can pay in advance and online!! I LOVE Angie and Jean from RHR, they are my assigned cleaning professionals. They listened to all the many ways I needed help and seemed to really care. Angie was the lead cleaner for my project and she is wonderful...SO kind, personable, and non-judgemental. She and Jean are the kind of people that you instantly trust and want to be friends with :)When I got home, I was first very impressed by the fresh clean smell...which is a miracle because I have 4 big, stinky dogs! Then I walked around, and they left a bag of M&Ms on my stove for me!! Such a nice touch, especially after a long day at work. Moving on, the floor was great- no dog hair anywhere! They even moved stuff around to get behind my speakers, etc. And their vacuum looked like a regular vacuum...but man, it must be super powered! Carpets almost look like they got washed (which RHR does btw...and I will be getting next time). They got all my cabinets and dusted all the shelves really well, the microwave and stove look amazing and they got the top of my fridge and the top shelve in my bathroom (which everyone but them have overlooked)!!! They made every thing look so nice and neat. I just couldnt be happier. Long story short, unless you have completely unrealistic expectations...you will be elated with all they do. I am no longer embarrassed by the inside of my house. Lol, now I just gotta get the outside fixed up!
