I am very pleased with my experience. We contacted them on short notice prior to listing the home on the market, and after a major remodel. It was a big job to get the home to our satisfaction, but they delivered.

I had a fantastic experience using this service. They were prompt, responsive, professional, and left my house spotless. I would absolutely use this service again!

I chose to go with Maid to Satisfy because they appeared to be close to my home in Columbus, Ohio and were quick to respond and set up an appointment to walk through my house. I wish I would have read other reviews before choosing them. Before cleaning your home for the first time, they make you sign a year long contract. My cleaners were very young, but nice. They mentioned they do not have an office in Columbus and they drove 2 hours from Akron for cleanings in Columbus. However, they advertise an office on 3rd Street downtown.The cleaning I received was mediocre and appx. $100 more than the previous maid service I was using (cleaners didnt move shampoo bottles to clean in showers leaving behind soap scum, didnt empty trash, kitchen sink half cleaned, etc.). The girls also told me theyd spend 2.5 - 3 hours on my first home cleaning but I saw them on my ring leaving less than an hour later.. perhaps because they had a 2 hour drive home to Akron lol...In hindsight, Im the stupid one for signing their contract before even experiencing the cleaning service, but hopefully others will be smarter than I and read all the reviews before hiring them to clean your home :)

Lovely people who come to help me. As a person with Parkinsons I really appreciate how careful they are cleaning areas I cant reach. I am happy with the service and also feel they are flexible enough to work with me if I need to exclude an area I am working on myself.

They responded promptly to my inquiry and gave me an appointment very quickly. The two ladies that cleaned my apartment in general did a good job but I felt the service was pretty expensive for quality of work. I paid almost $200 to clean a 1,100 sq ft apartment which is insane. Plus they cleaned the kitchen/sink but left the dirty dishes in there! When questioned, I was told that would be an extra charge to wash the dishes. For the price, I expected the full service.

Im happy with the first cleaning. The women were professional, friendly, courteous, and thorough. I was comfortable having them in my home. I look forward to their return visit.

They were very nice and on time. Great job on all. The only bad part was one window still had streaks on it. Other than that, very impressed.

The actual cleaners are great, but the business side is sketchy at best. I wish I would have never signed up but they wont let me out of my plan. The way the service plan was described to me was not what I signed up for. Ive tried to put the cleanings on hold due to Covid cases, but they only put on hold for 90 days despite the status of Covid cases. This company literally has less flexibility and empathy regarding a pandemic and financial situations than the IRS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I had them clean my house and before they came out they did not inform me of their service contract. I informed them I was potentially moving waiting on a pending job offer for my fiance. They said as long as we moved out of the servicer area cancellation was not an issue. Now they are trying to force me to pay 4,000 plus dollars. I have asked to speak to the owner, the name of the manager who told me I could cancel, no response. The man I spoke to refused to let me speak to the owner and said deal with our attorney. Holding someone to a contract when they are moving out of your service area is so awful. If you want to come clean in Chicago I will GLADLY pay you as I would have paid had we been staying. Also, they based my cleaning on 2 hours when they came out and the subsequent cleanings were 40 minutes so I was paying 200 an hour. When I asked about this I was told If we are there for 2 minutes you get charged the full amount What a joke. The man who spoke to me also told me he was recording our conversation without my permission. People see what you guys are all about. And still was lied to saying it wasnt an issue if we moved. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!

Lacking attention to detail. They had to come back today for a second time. They still forgot to mop the bathroom floors. Completely disatified for 300 dollars. I was also told different prices. This is a picture of shower after they cleaned the first time. I scrubbed one half of the shower to send the picture to Stewart. So, he could clearly see of wasnt cleaned.

They did a good job. Not worth the price though.

They came out to clean and they stayed there 3 hours just to say later they dont have the right stuff to use to clean Grease it look the same way it did before they came not even a lil bit cleaner. And they had the nerve to try and charge me $500 bucks DONT NEVER GO TO THEM THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME

They were very friendly and did everything I requested. There was a film on the bathroom counter and on the kitchen sink leftover. Other than that, things were cleaned very well.

Did a fabulous job! After trying other services throughout the years and not being totally happy, I’m shocked. Paid attention to detail and just did an awesome job all around.

Weve used this service for both homes and have always been pleased with their work. Highly recommended.
