Pride Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning my entire carpet. Their crew is the most humble that I met so far. The only reason why I didnt rate 5 stars is because they don’t take credit card. Besides that I would use Pride Carpet every single time from now on, but I’m gone.

Im in Property Mgt and this is by far the best carpet cleaner I have found, they do an excellent job cleaning carpet, especially getting stains out. They removed stains other prominent companies couldnt even come close to...Four Stars because no online scheduling is available, Im very busy and making the appointments via phone versus an email or online scheduling service is somewhat tedious.

Ive use them in the past without any issues. However, when I called to use them again I was immediately cursed out and hung up on before I was able to even get a word out. ( I called once and was told to stop harassing him and to go F myself. Sounded like he had the wrong person but still thats no way to treat a potential customer) Although the service was ok, I will not be using them due to their lack of professionalism and extreme vulgarity.

The most unprofessional experience I think I have ever encountered!!! My initial appointment was missed by this business because they claim there was a clerical error and my phone number was written down wrong.... even though I had called 30 minutes prior to confirm. Then during my rescheduled appointment, the 2 men began to yell and argue with one another cursing and the assistant appeared to be high on some type of drug. I was scared and called for my husband to come home from work immediately!!! I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!
