I started working with Gordon after an unpleasant experience at another dealer in Columbus and Ive been with him ever since. Ive had a 540i, 750 and now have an M6. He always takes awesome care of me and has gone above and beyond what I expect from a service provider and he earns my service work ever single time I need work done. I bought 2018 X2 CPO Vehicle this dealership last March. I got check engine light 3 times since right after I bought because of the same exact part(Fuel Tank Ventilation). During the 3 visits, they almost took almost 10 days to repair. I understand that. They at least tried to work best on my vehicle to fix the car. Highly appreciate for the effort.However, I never had a chance to get loaner vehicle for the 3 times of repairs for same exact part. I gently asked my service advisor to request loaner vehicle and he said same thing over and over again. Only way to communicate with him is text message. It is very hard to talk with him over the phone. I dropped my vehicle at the dealership on last Thursday(7/22/2021) for 3rd check engine light. I still didnt get my car back and they are still figuring out what would be solutions. Service advisor is telling me now he is not sure how long it will take to repair. He said tech should run bunch of tests. I never heard what kind of test they are running yet. I spent and still spending too much on transportation during the time of repairs(Almost 2 times on my monthly car payment).
I have serviced my cars with Kelly BMW for over 20 years. I am also retired and drive 150 miles oneway to have my cars serviced. Gordon and all of the team at Kelly truly value me and my business. Keep up the excellent work.
I always have a full service experience with Kelly BMW service. My most recent was August 19. Gordon has been my service advisor for over 15 and is the best in the business. He always takes care of my appointment and makes sure everything is perfect. I feel like I am treated like a true customer and not a number. I have learned that if I need to get great service done on my older BMW, Kelly is the place to go. Kudos to my service rep Matt Hatcher who always goes the extra mile for me in terms of customer service. He takes the time to explain and clearly communicate any issues I have with the vehicle. Recently there was an issue getting a part delivered for the repair. Matt made sure I had a vehicle to drive until the repair was completed. Kelly BMWs service department is awesome. I work with Matt every time I have to bring my car in and he is always super helpful and very upfront. I never feel like I am being talked into services that I dont actually need (especially considering I am a female who knows very little about cars and that has happened a lot at previous places I have taken my car). For the first time in my life I actually get my oil changed on time every time because they make the scheduling and experience itself so easy. Kelly BMW and Matt in the Service Department are great!

Took my car for oil change and one wheel repair …. end up paying $ 4000 for all up sales, without having wheel issue repaired. Worse experience ever.

This may be a lengthy review but I feel it’s important for people to know how my husband and I were treated during our car buying experience.Disclaimer: I am usually a tough critic when it comes to dealing with dealerships and I would usually rather get a root canal than to shop for a vehicle. Kelly BMW changed my whole perspective.First thing you need to do when you walk into the dealership is immediately ask for ANDREW KLOSTERMAN. (Although every single person we ran into went out of their way for us.) He is literally a BMW genius. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who was passionate about their craft.We are from out of town and he went above and beyond to help us. He spent time teaching us everything the car could do. I legitimately wish I could buy every car from him from now on.Other than the time Andrew spent teaching us, we were in and out in about an hour. No spending all day negotiating a deal. We feel we got a fair price and are super pleased.
Some of the best service Ive ever gotten at a dealer. Came in to have my car inspected after a the long drive from nyc. I suspected my car had a potential issue, but wasnt sure. Virgil was a class act, he pragmatically had me take a route that not only saved me money but also empirically showed me what services were performed and that my car was in fine working order. As both an out of towner and m car owner, he didnt have to do that and he absolutely went above and beyond. The service departments videos on services performed was also something I have not seen elsewhere and really put my mind at ease. If I lived in Ohio and not new york I would exclusively come here for the level of service I got.
REPAIR: If you need to have your BMW repaired or serviced in the Columbus, OH area, you should definitely go to Kelly BMW! I highly recommend Service Advisor: Matt Hatcher. I have an older BMW that needed significant repair. Kelly BMW technicians provided me with a video of their evaluation under the hood as well as a detailed listing of what needed to be repaired/replaced vs items recommended but optional. I could not be happier with their customer service, speed of service and going above and beyond to treat me as though I had purchased my BMW from Kelly. When I decided to buy a new BMW, I will definitely buy from Kelly!
I drove over 500 miles to pick up a certified pre-owned M2 from Kelly. John Zimmerman was my client advisor and made buying a car 4 states away a breeze. John gave me every detail I requested so that there were no surprises when I made the trip up to Kelly. UPDATE: Since posting my initial review I have had the chance to speak with Gordon and his Manager. Both were genuinely apologetic for the confusion and lack of attention to detail and are striving to make each customer’s experience a positive one. I am appreciative of the lengths they went through to ensure I was satisfied with the measures taken to right their wrong. I was given a complimentary Lyft ride to the dealership to pick up my car, a BP gas gift card, complimentary car detailing service and to my surprise even fixed an item on my car free of charge! Thanks once again for making me feel like a valued customer!Dropped my car off for same day service which was a recall repair. Upon check-in for service I walk through the paperwork with the service department manger (Gordon Rhea) to confirm & update contact information. Gordon assured me he updated my account with the correct info. Shortly after leaving I received a text alert letting me know my car wouldn’t be ready until after the weekend. Good thing I had alternate transportation as I would have been without a vehicle for a few days. The following Monday I called about an hour before the service department’s closing time to check the status of the repair and when I could retrieve my car. I left a message for Gordon Rhea to return my phone call and left all relevant contact info. 45 minutes later Gordon returned my call and A) kept calling me by the wrong name (Tina) B) gave me a status update about a car that wasn’t mine (I assume it was Tina’s car) C) claims he sent a text earlier that day to let me know the car was ready for pick up. D) he confessed he sent the text to the number which he I specifically told him was no longer active and even updated it on all of the paperwork when I checked in for service. Needless to say he sent an email correspondence to the wrong email address too. After hearing the disdain in my voice Gordon began babbling and ended the call with saying “I thought I did everything right” in regard to updating contact info and reaching out to let me know my car was ready for pickup. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired as a whole.
Gave my friend another price after telling them 1 price over the phone for a diagnostic. Their only excuse is that the person who gave price was off that day, and then charged my friend double and still didnt tell him what the issue was. Guess you get better help if your buying a new bmw

Worked with Andrew K. We had been researching a specific model for months. We found one here but had never purchased long distance before. Andrew hit a home-run for us and the dealership he represents. Knowing we had to travel across 3 states to potentially make a purchase; If we had a question, Andrew answered it. We requested pics, Andrew took care it. Video, hes got it. His level of customer service (we had not even committed to anything yet) is what helped us make the decision to make the trip. The entire staff was fantastic. Please keep in mind. We showed up at 330 on Saturday 10/31, Halloween AND Ohio State vs Penn State happening THAT evening. They close at 5. We were unable to complete everything until about 630. Some folks stayed an additional 90 minutes just to help US. Their customer service is truly admirable. We are grateful for Andrews hard work as well as others in the detail shop and Paul (Mr Clean) in Finance. Thank you all, we made it home safely, and LOVE our new vehicle.

I had visited several dealers before ending up at Kelly BMW in my search to lease a new luxury vehicle. Every other dealer, including another BMW dealer tried to give me a run around and quote me ridiculous prices and I was starting to become frustrated. Then I walked into Kelly BMW and spoke with Tom who was not only incredibly welcoming, but also found me the perfect car and quoted me their best price right off the bat. We quickly closed the deal with the help of Paul in finance who was also great to work with. After everything was wrapped up the manager walked over to thank me for my business and congratulate me on my new purchase. On a scale of 1-10 I would give my experience here a 20!I have never had such a great car buying experience! I’ve never left a google review before but felt compelled to share my experience with others. Everyone was wonderful to deal with, especially Tom who is a rockstar salesman and very kind person! I worked w Eric over several days on making the deal on my new BMW. And then I worked with Steve on the day I picked it up. I have purchased several new vehicles in my life and this was easily my best experience. They were direct, answered questions thoroughly, friendly, no pressure, very accommodating to my schedule.... The pricing was good. They educated me on the features of the vehicle as this is my first BMW. I left the dealership feeling that I would be taken care of over the life of ownership. I’m a fan of the dealership and I LOVE MY CAR. 😍
This is the fourth car I have leased from Kelly BMW, and I continue to return because David and Eric take such good care of me. It is obvious that they care about their relationships with their customers. In fact, I recently moved 90 miles away from Columbus and I still returned to Kelly BMW to get my new car. Whilst I still feel as though I WAS slighted in the handling of my initial encounter with this service department, I do appreciate their paying attention to reviews and being concerned enough about their image that he made an effort to resolve this. Ive rated a star higher than my initial review as a result of this.My partner has a BMW 550i X Drive, and I have my BMW 750i X Drive with M Sport Package - and were still debating on whether we will be taking both/either our cars back to Kelly BMW for future services/repairs.The lesson Ive learned here is that the standard business practice of treating customers as if theyre not a valued part of their operations/revenue stream has, indeed, become the standard, and that customer service in the U.S. has come to mean something else entirely than it does back home in the U.K.*****Original Review Follows*****This dealership/service center is the slowest Ive ever encountered. A 2.5-hour alignment for my 750 that was scheduled for 0930 last Friday turned into an all-day affair, only to be told at the end of the business day that there was an additional issue that would have to wait until Monday (today) to be diagnosed (at an extra charge, of course).Finally received a call this morning (a few hours ago) to tell me that the only issue is another tyre needing replaced, and that they would need a few minutes to close out paperwork and my car would be ready for pickup. Again, this was a few hours ago and still nothing. Does it REALLY take this long to close out paperwork??Finally, the texting service youre supposed to be able to use to communicate with your service advisor goes completely ignored unless THEY reach out to YOU. I tried a couple of times to reach my advisor to ask questions through this text medium only to be completely ignored.This is the most frustrating BMW service center Ive ever had the displeasure of working with! Will be exploring options for future services on my 750.

If you are okay with overpaying for labor on a brake job, then this review is 5 stars for you.If however, you take issue with being fleeced by being charged 2 hours labor for what amounts to 45 minutes (replacing pads and rotors on 1 axle) of work, then this 1 star review is more appropriate. $700 to replace pads and rotors for one axle? Really?
Matt the service manager was fantastic! Plus I always feel so special when I come in here. They treat you with kindness and respect and their work is always so thorough. I love the new video walk through they now do with service inspections. Makes me feel extra safe and confident with going here! My warranty doesn’t cover this location but I gladly pay the deductible to have them look at my car over anywhere else. Superb experience!

Trying for 3 days to schedule oil change. Called in always advisors r busy left few messages to someone who supposed to schedule appointment never got called back. Finally called MAG and they schedule my appointment at first call. My thing is if they can’t schedule appointment for 3 days I can imagine how they work on my car.

I am looking to possibly purchase my 1st BMW. I arrived, parked, an started my journey thru the lot interested in the 5 Series. As l walked, an looked at several stickers l noticed customers walking with Kelly Sales Representatives enjoying their journey. I quickly realized, after being on the property for an extended period of time, NO SALES ASSOCIATE greeted me nor asked if l needed assistance. At that point l turned an returned to my car an exited the lot. At this time l can not recommend Kelly BMW due to the poor customer service. Sorry...

I have literally nothing remotely critical to say about this dealership. From the patience and willingness to work with you when it comes to your needs (thanks, John!) to after purchase service (again, John and Matt), to Financing, this dealership honestly has top-notch service. I feel so taken care of. I popped a flat tire and felt so lost, right at the end of the business day and had a trip the next day I needed it for. I texted John and he had Matt call me right away. Matt got me in for service the next morning, had someone come pick me up, and even made sure to get the tire covered under warranty. We recently decided to purchase a new automobile and went to the BMW dealership in Dublin. After about 45 minutes waiting for a sales person to recognize us and to talk with us about a potential sale we decided that they didnt really want our money and decided to leave. Mind you I have purchased more than 17 vehicles from this dealership over the years including 5 BMWs.We drove into the Kelly dealership and were immediately greeted by the receptionist who immediately had Tim Rittenhouse start talking with us. We told Tim that we were just starting our investigation of purchasing a new automobile but had not decided on exactly what we were interested in purchasing. Tim helped explain the different models available including the features and benefits of each. It was a very low key, no pressure environment. Tim treated us like an old friend, providing his opinion on what might suit us best.After a test drive and a few more visits with Tim we came to a decision that seemed perfect for our lifestyle and needs, a 2019 BMW 430i xDrive Convertible. A gorgeous dark Imperial Blue Metallic exterior with an interior of Cognac Dakota Leather with dark highlights. Truly an automobile reminiscent of a Ralph Lauren design including a blue blazer, white shirt, jeans, and leather boots . . . comfortable and classic!The best thing about purchasing our new automobile from Kelly BMW was the personal attention that we received; as if we were the only customer each and every time that we visited with them. Nathan in service is top notch; anyone who needs their BMW serviced should come here. I not only had regular maintenance done, but also some bodywork. They offered me a loaner vehicle (same as my current one which was nice, as I love the way it drives and fits into my garage well); and kept me well informed every step of the way.My bodywork consisted of two different shops (one for my wheels and one for my front bumper). They orchestrated this to all happen back to back, and quickly. My car was offered back to me looking and running like new, and for a very reasonable price.Please consider Kelly BMW to buy and service your next new or certified pre owned BMW. We are on our third BMW from Kelly. All three sales have been with the aid of Steve Topolosky. The last was a factory delivery. Everything went off like clock work. What an experience. Over the years we must have used a different service adviser every time. They are all great. BMW Roadside Assistance is outstanding. Had a flat on a drive flat tire 10 miles north of Cambridge. BMW arranged towing and transportation to Kelly. Pulled in around 6:00 - Kelly had a loaner ready. The is the first time in 60 years of car buying that I can recommend a dealership and its personnel.
I needed an emergency tire repair and they were able to get me in same day and took less than an hour including a car wash. My service adviser Matt was very friendly. Will definitely consider them my first choice for service in the future.

I scheduled an appointment for service online last week. When I arrived on site, I was greeted with a service garage door opening and a gesture to drive in. Upon giving my name, I was directed to Nathan who gathered details and prepared necessary paperwork for service. He was very kind and upfront about what would take place and the duration of my stay. In addition to this, he was extremely hospitable with refreshments and seating. He checked in on me every 30 minutes or so, to see if I needed anything. As service was wrapping up, he shared additional details and findings from the technician and how I could resolve those issues. After I met with the cashier, he answered all additional questions and had my car waiting. This felt more of a concierge visit than anything else. I decided then and there, that Kelly BMW would get all of my future business. I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend Kelly to anyone. Nathan Irvin at Kelly BMW has amazing customer service. I needed service performed on my car. He immediately scheduled me an appointment and notified me that I would be receiving an email for the service. He provided me with a loaner car during the repairs. Nate kept me updated with the status of my car while being serviced. I also needed an additional hitch accessories. He researched the parts and had it ordered. He took the stress out of servicing a car. Nate is GREAT!
I had a great car buying experience with Chris Nutter in the pre-owned section. He answered all of my questions and phone calls throughout the process. Working with him on price wasnt a hassle and he helped me get a great interest rate on my financing. Everyone I met while there was polite and made themselves available if needed. They even helped me return my old lease to a different dealership, which was much appreciated.

I went in with a BMW from another dealer, and Gordon and his team treated me like Id bought all my cars from them for life. Eric Robare - the sales manager - harassed me via email because I wouldn’t pay $800+/month for a BMW 5 series lease. He kept sending me emails about why I would pay $500/month with another dealer instead of $800 with him. Not a very good way to sell a car. Very unprofessional. He sent me many emails mocking and harassing me. Stay away.
I have been going to Kelly BMW for years now. Gordon has always treated me like a family member and is always there when I need him. The service team is 1st class and they keep me on the road. Kelly BMW is the reason I will drive a BMW for the rest of my life.
Best dealership and service center I have ever experienced. I have been buying cars from Kelly since 1992, and I have been buying/servicing cars since 1983. Between BMW being the best cars on the road, and Kellys top notch service center, I wont go anywhere else, or buy anything but a BMW. I have never had any issues, never have had a service not done right, and I love the customer orientation they have. I actually enjoy taking my car in when it is due (unlike how I dreaded service my cars before I came to know Kelly). Excellent service advisers - Gordon and Brian have been there a number of years, as has been their manager, Bill. You dont see the same faces like this at other dealerships. So, you service adviser at Kelly definitely gets to know you, and your car!
I scheduled an appointment 3 or 4 weeks out from when I called. I checked my 2015 BMW in and got a loaner car at Kelly BMW. The repair was well explained and communicated in a timely way as to get me my vehicle back quickly. The Service Dept was fair to me and well run; I will return!
Gordon Rhea is an extraordinary asset to the Kelly BMW . He is kind patient and customer focused. He always makes sure he explains all services thoroughly. I feel confident and trust his suggestion s pertaining to my vehicle. Thank you Kelly for hiring such quality staff ❤️

Gordon Rhea at Kelly BMW has amazing customer service. I needed service performed on my car late on Saturday. At a last minute notice he immediately got my car into service and had a loan car ready for me once I arrived. He notified me that I would be receiving an email for the service. Gordon kept me updated with the status of my car while being serviced. He took the stress out of getting the repairs I needed as well as provided temporary transportation. Mr. Rhea is awesome to work with regarding my BMW.
We dropped off our 2013 BMW to be serviced by Kelly BMW at Easton with minor repairs to an oil gasket. This was determined by the diagnostic testing that was implemented on two different occasions by the Kelly in house repair. Upon receiving the car back on the first day of usage the car began making sounds and alerted us that there was a problem. We pulled over the car, called Kelly BMW and a tow service to bring it back to their shop. After evaluation it was determined that the oil pump had gone out and the engine failed, a known occurrence that can happen after an improper gasket repair. After discussing it with the service manager and sales partner they offered no accountability for the error and made no effort to remedy the problem. Simply saying it wasnt their fault and trying to get us to spend another 13K to repair what should of never happened to the engine on a car that had no previous issues. This shop does not represent BMW values and makes no effort to satisfy client relationships or take any accountability for their service. They represent the new breed of service which has no integrity and simply keeps chasing customers money for problem solving. I would not recommend them to anyone for any offering from this branch. It is highly unprofessional and they seem to think there are no ramifications for poor service and accountability when making an error as a BMW dealership. We are forced to seek legal guidance to make the case garner the attention that it deserves and regret any association with Kelly BMW.

Kelly BMW service department is the best by far. I give the a 5 plus.. Gorden always is very helpful with great advice.. Ask for him next time your in. You be very please you did. By the way Brian is the best service manager I have ever dealt with and that includes the Mercedes and Lexus.. we always go back to Kelly BMW because of those two professionals.. JB

Nathan Irvin is amazing. Recently my X5 had a problem and I had to stop on 270. I called Nathan, explained the issue and had my car towed in. I was greeted immediately by Nate and he had me on the road quickly with a loaner and helped me get things out of my car into the loaner. My experiences at Kelly are always amazing and they make me feel like family! Love, love, love, Nate and Gordon!!!
Their customer service is terrible, they never pick up the phone. I lease a 2018 750 and have an issue with my wheels, they had me purchase all new tires but it was not the issue and did not fix the problem. Their service is extremely poor!UPDATE: I am changing my review to a 5 star because after my 1 star review I was approached by BMW and they handled every concern I had with a great service.Thank you Gordon.

I visited Kelly BMW to get my airbag replaced (under BMW recall) and at the same time, perform a front brake service (pads, rotors, sensors).The Service Advisor informed me of the cost of the front brake service to which I responded Okay and asked a few more questions regarding specifics of the service and exactly what was being replaced.When it was time to authorize the front brake service the SA asked me if I was sure I could handle this. Confused for a second, I paused. He followed up with Are you going to be able to pay this amount today?. I said of course and we ended our appointment.Later when I came to pick up the car, it came time to visit the counter and pay the invoice. Again, Are you sure you can handle this?, are you sure youre going to be able to take care of this today? from the SA along with Shes going to swipe your card and its going to charge you this amount, is that going to be okay?.Im certainly not looking to be challenged and belittled when I go to the dealership. I supposed the root of these comments may have come from my age (
My wife and I had an excellent experience here. The updates they have made to the showroom are beautiful and really showcase the vehicles. The service department is wonderful and Gordon Rhea is an amazing asset to the team there. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle!

Service is fantastic. The guys at Kelly always do a good job. Gordon is amazing...he is as cool as you can get. You know he is dealing with 127 things and 15 snobby BMW customers with broken cars yet he makes you feel like you are the only one there. Gordon knows his BMWs better than anyone and always takes care of his customers. I will be going back to Kelly BMW for service.
I have received excellent maintenance from the Kelly BMW Service Department. Scheduling was easy and timelines were always provided so that I knew approximately when the service was to be completed. I have been very pleased to work with Gordon Rhea over the past several years and the has consistently demonstrated that he is a very responsible Service Advisor. Mr. Rhea he has consistently made sure that my SUV received the maintenance and care it needs.
I wasnt able to test drive an X1 today but was definitely treated with great service! John was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the vehicle and hell will follow up with me in the future regarding the test drive. I was only there for a short time but they made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped in. Ask for John Zimmerman in the BMW used/certified car lot!!
As usual I received exemplary service with Gordon Rhea . Im a loyal customer of Kelly BMW just because the service is the best. Whenever Ive had a question or concern, I know I can call Gordon, as well as anyone at Kellys and received excellent customer care.
Nathan Irvin is great! I bought my first BMW a few months ago at Kelly and he has showed me nothing but the best customer service. He is always quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to make sure any issue is resolved. He really knows his stuff, I couldnt ask for anyone better!
Terrible experience with the service department here. Had my car towed to Kelly BMW to fix a flat tire and straighten a slightly bent rim, both issues on the front passenger side wheel. The cost of the tire was covered but Id have to pay for mount / balance and the straightening, which sounded fair to me. I go to pick up the car and see that they charged me twice to mount and balance the tire. I pointed this out as an error but the service advisor told me thats just how the process works and Id have to pay for it. So presumably they mounted and balanced the new tire on a rim they knew needed to be straightened, took it off to do the wheel straightening, then mounted and balanced the tire again and decided to charge me twice. The service advisor even acknowledged it didnt make sense, but refused to correct the bill. Its absolutely ridiculous that a BMW service center would nickel and dime customers like this.Additionally, I had them look into an issue with the radio while the car was there. Im driving home from the dealership and surprise surprise, the issue isnt fixed.On a side note, if you are looking to purchase a new BMW I recommend MAG BMW in Dublin. They beat Kellys best price on an identical vehicle order by $2,000.
