Its really not worth what they charge.and parking is terrible!

The facility is nice and clean I went for a grauadtion party the only issue is limited parking

We had a very lovely time there back in July 16 2016 we had our wedding reception there it was beautiful and they was friendly and flexible schedule with payment if you call in the morning no you wont get an answer but they will call you back in the afternoon if not that next day I got my deposit back a week later but if you dont clean up or do any damages you dont get your deposit back I will come back here or do any event that Im planning here thank you guys so much for allowing us to have our wedding reception there

Attended a party here recently and was pleasantly surprised to see how nice it was. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was lovely. Beautifully decorated for any event.

Very rude and unprofessional. Called with questions, but from the rude conversation I inquired about cancelation, very rude and hung up, called back she told my fiance that she dont care about canceling because she has somebody who wants our date, then hung up. Now I know Im going to have to fight to get the deposit back, but Im also calling my lawyer, they really dont need to be in business, they dont care about people and just want the money. This was for my wedding and along wit reception. I will never recommend them to anyone. She first said you dont get your deposit back and hung up, but when we called back she read what was in the contract. Its out of order because you have to deal wit them, but there manager is who you will see, and she cant answer anything without contacting them.

All i did was book the place and when i called back with questions in regards to canceling AFTER i paid my deposit, not only did the female on the other line have an attitude but she hung up on me while i was in mid sentence and before i could even confirm that i was indeed canceling. i just called with questions. then when i immediately called back to make sure my spot was still reserved i got no answer then eventually sent to voicemail. i wish i wouldve read the reviews before considering this place. never in my life have i dealt with a company so unprofessional and i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Totally unprofessional the owners literally misled me by telling me several dates were available then after questionig the type of event which was.a high school graduation party which was going to be supervised by adults and kept under capacity by -10 people, because Im BLACK decided to become very ignorant in terms of immediately closing there offer which was available 5-10mim before, gave me a oh we dont do teen partys because of what occurred in the past, uh hello lady who said anything about a teen party. Wow! And to think I was going to pay cash and a little extra. Oh my baby brother is graduating from Pickerington North a predominantly white school.

Looking for a venue for my Moms 60th Bday.Called the number on the website and no answer as well as voicemail full.Other line beeps and its a number I dont know, miss the call and call back.I ask, did someone call Andrea. They lady whom I later find out is Judy states you called me. Im like I just missed a call and ask if shes calling from Crystal Gardens. She replied yes. I state oh this is not the number I just called... She snaps... Does it matter?I say whoa maam I was just making an observation. She(Judy) angrily says never mind it dont matter Im not looking for anyone anyway and hangs up. I called back 3xs, no answer and another full mailbox.I dont know if she just old n senile or what but from looking at other reviews she should not be doing business with anyone with that attitude.Guess Im still looking for a venue😈

The owners are very rude, I had my daughter party there you pay a deposit and its impossiable to even get it back even after you clean and get evrthing back how it was. I called the day before the party to see what time they had me for and his exact words were Dont you have the paper work you signed? If i had the paper work I wouldnt have called. Then when we get there there is a bad moldy smell in the basement where the restrooms are, i took my little girl to the bathroom and we couldnt even breat. It was a horriable experince all around!

Had a party on march 6 still have not got my deposit back and the bathrooms smell like piss the womans and the mens restroom and the owners are rude.......

I was inquiring about getting a room for a party the woman on the phone started to explain to me different prices in different things then I asked her about how you get how would you get your money back from your deposit she said she couldnt understand what I was saying and she just hung up on me she is bad for business

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE BETTER CONTRACTED, AND MANAGED, ...people that have rented this place out, are MORE OFTEN THAN NOT.....LOUD, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE LOW LIFES, ...should be given set hours of rental, and strict wording with towing enforcement of parking in front of NEIGHBORING HOUSES !AND, FIGHTING IS UNACCEPTABLE AND, CAUSE FOR CHARGES, EITHER LEGAL, OR MONETARY.

This Place Is Horrible, I Wouldnt Recommend This Place To No One, There Unprofessional Really Rude . They Are Also Suppose To Send You Back Your Deposit That You Put Down On The Hall, But They Dont, They Hold It For Their Selfs .
