This is such a unique space. It has plenty of room for many guests. There is a literal vault where inside you can decorate and hang out. There is a spacious balcony that over looks the bottom floor. The ready room or bridal suit can definitely use some work ans thought. Otherwise a gorgeous unique space for events/weddings

The venue is unique. An old bank lobby and Vault re-purposed to an entertainment venue. The major concern with this venue is that they had the bar set-up inside the old bank vault with no ventilation. Pre-COVID that is a bad idea. Post-COVID super bad idea.

When our original venue went bankrupt, Bentley from the Vault came to our rescue. Within 48 hours of losing our first venue and deposit, we had a new venue at an even better price. Bentley is willing to work with you and any set up that you wish. It was a pleasure to talk through details and hear all of his crazy stories! He even was able to connect us with a new caterer too! The venue itself is such a unique place, and we and our guests had an amazing time during our ceremony and reception!

Beautiful venue, very interesting aesthetics but horrible acoustics. Nothing the dj or wedding party said could be heard clearly by the back half of the main hall.

Beautiful venue. They had a little trouble keeping up with the timing for serving dinner but made it work. They cleverly set up the bar inside of the walk-in vault. The staircase is a lovely place for photos of groups and couples.Parking can be difficult. Metered street parking nearby but meter time has 2 or 3 hour limits. Lots are nearby but do fill up.

This place needs some updates. Cool idea poorly executed.

My husband and I have been working with Blayke and Bentley for two years leading up to our wedding (thanks COVID) and weve never had a negative experience with them. They are always understanding, courteous, and responsive. I would gladly use them for any service in the future. You really cant go wrong with using The Vault. The space is gorgeous, the people are helpful and friendly, and it really is an all around positive experience to work with Blayke and Bentley.

It seems to be a perfect place for an event, with a really cool and unique venue, a great location (downtown, literally next door to hotels and restaurants), and we plan on booking our wedding reception there!

Went here for an event. Parking was a bit difficult, but its downtown. The restrooms were a bit dated and needed better stalls and toilets, and the ledges were dusty. Everyone had an overall good time though. The vault inside was very nice with the bar.

Beautiful banquet hall! My two best friends got married here and it was amazing! Love the whole vault idea and love the inside bar behind the vault. Great place for a small gathering like reception or Engagement. Very nice decor inside and spacious not too small not too big.

Great wedding venue! I attended a wedding for some of my best friends here and had a great time! The layout is spacious and has an easy flow to move between the dining side, dance floor, balcony, and bar inside of the vault! The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the bar area get quite warm but other than that very cool to be inside an old vault! It’s massive!!

I recently turned 21 years old, and I went to get a drink at a wedding hosted here (my sisters, I was the brother of the bride). One of the bartenders looked baffled/ amused, and then told me that you look like youre 12. I thought it was rude but it didnt bother me too much. Later I came back to get another drink and she was laughing with her coworker at me, and then proceeded to tell me I was telling her about how confused I was when you came up to get a drink, you seriously look like youre 12.Expect there to be a chance for you to have rude and unprofessional bartenders who insult your guests to their faces like this if you choose to host an event here. I also sent the venue an email about this weeks ago and they never responded.

This hall is just amazing!! I emceed there and the acoustics were great, the place came with a great sound system and the owner was great!

On my wedding day, the coordinator/manager on duty had none of my event details correct. 1. We paid $200 extra to have the venue and bar for a sixth hour. But as I got my wedding gown on, the coordinator/manager on duty interrupted me to say that he couldnt figure this out per our contract, and he would close our bar during dinner, which was unplanned.2. He made us move part of our decor during the reception due to it being a fire hazard, even though we had a floor plan mapped out and approved with the owner, Bentley Austin, during our final walk-through. This piece of decor was a background for our ceremony that we spent several hundred dollars to build, and it was destroyed in this process. It was thrown in a dirty storage hallway and is completely ruined.3. This person was also supposed to assist me and my bridesmaids from the bridal lounge to the elevator downstairs prior to the ceremony; but instead of showing up, a bridesmaid had to enter the ceremony area to go find him and ask him to unlock the elevator for us. When asked if he could close the venue door after the bridesmaids and open it for the brides processional, his reaction was an eye roll and Thats not my job. He couldnt be bothered to open the door for the bride.4. He was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the evening and at the end of the night told us to get our things and get out because there was another event the next day. Even though we had previous permission to store our decor in the office until the next day or so. In the end, we did store our belongings there, but they had to be thrown in trash bags and boxes quickly in a haphazard way.5. Then, when we arrived 2 days later to get our things, we were attacked by the owners partner who said I hope youre here to clean the room that you trashed. What kind of way is that to communicate with a customer? I explained that of course, we were there to get our belongings, but the level of cleanliness was not my problem, especially when parts of the venue we paid for and used werent even in a presentable fashion for our wedding. There were missing ceiling tiles in the ladies room and water leaking on the floor the entire night. The bridal lounge is absolutely disgusting and in desperate need of a remodel.The icing on the cake was when I found out from a bridesmaid who decorated for me before the wedding that Bentley had 2 other couples come into the venue to get married, while we had paid for use of the space, and that they used my decor and background for photos. I cant believe he conveniently left this out of any conversation.In short, this is a man who has a great historic building, but has not invested in any remodeling or upkeep, and obviously cares little about the experience the customers have. He has completely ignored my feedback, even despite the fact that he overcharged my credit card for the bar invoice and owes me money.So if youre looking for a venue that has professional, courteous staff and clean well-kept rooms on site, this is not the place for you. Youll get the Im so flexible, I help my brides with whatever they need speech, but when it counts, youll be thinking you get what you pay for.

Nice elegant place for my sisters wedding

Beautiful wedding venue located downtown. Didnt have trouble parking. It was interesting to have to bar within the vault. The only complaints were that the balcony space was very crowded during the cocktail hour and the bathrooms werent extremely accessible.

Location is nice and the main venue area is decent. We were here for the Crew kickoff part and it was very crowded, Im sure it was beyond capacity. The bathrooms are in the basement and very far from the main area.

Attended a wedding here last week. At first it looks cool. But when you look a little closer... First off, the Restrooms are terrible. The mens, 1 toilet, no urnal, no privacy, hacked together with the quality of a bad roadside bar. Dirty... The Vault, seemed like a cool idea but again is hacked together and now resembles a poorly lit back storage clauset, bad carpet, no original charm, duct tape holding multiple things together. Main hall, most of what looks like marble is not, poor lighting, poor acustic environment for music or speaking. Most of the big cool windows are covered. Not sure how much it cost to rent but it not classy, nice or clean inside.
