This law firm is amazing!! My boyfriend had a excessive bond. EVERY other bondsman I called wanted the full 10%. I am a stay at home mom and didnt have anywhere near that, this firm worked with me. They want their clients to succeed they work with you on how much you could afford for payments, They were so professional and genuine, they dont judge their clients just because of their wrap sheet/record. If it wasnt for them he would have had to stay in jail. It was a quick and easy process. Staff is so friendly. I dealt with a girl named Jessica and she was the nicest and so helpful. A edited version of my experience :From my first call, Susan became my angel. Her attentiveness, response, concern, and guidance is what helped get me through one of a mothers worst nightmares. In less than 12hrs Id left Texas, was in Ohio, with only one plan, head straight to Andy Callif Bail Bonds. Which is what I told the cabbie. Unfortunately I found myself in a position to need bonded out of jail and never having been on bond the time your bond is paid and the time your released takes usually 6 hours, my bond was paid a little after 2:00 pm on July 4th! 2:29 minutes later I was walking out the workhouse! I went their for the first bond and she helped explain everything and told me that I didnt need a bond person and directed to the court of common pleas. Andi should give her a raise. Very good at her iob. The second time I went with a bondsman that could see me that night. Long story short, it was a very unfortunate experience and my loved one was never bonded out as promised. I spoke to Andi that evening and put my worries to rest. I went in the nexy day. I delt with Mike, also great. This was a much simplier process and customer service by everyone there is great.
