Very deceptive and not upfront about fees. Lied about return of collateral and sold it before bond was finalized. Initial fee was quoted at $800 and when returning for collateral Chuck Brown said it was now $4,000. Will be filing complaints with the ODI for return of money. Go to another bondsman who is honest, youll be better off.

My girlfriend paid my bond.. chucks wife latonia who I believe left the 5 stars in reviews “latonia Brown” took a bond payment knowing that I had a holder.I never got out sat in JAIL for the next 3 MONTHS. When I returned home I told my girlfriend that she should’ve been returned the money because I never got out (call any other bonds place they will tell you this) latonia told her that the payment had already been processed and the payment was non refundable.. So I called “after being released” talked to the guy chuck sounded real cool and as if he understood the situation, “it was some mistake because his wife would have never took the payment” was told by chuck himself he would do what he can to get my money back..Long story short I’m STILL WAITING to get my MONEY BACK 2MONTHS LaterI have been giving the run around about when I’m going to get my money backIf I Could give NEGATIVE stars I would.. over $500 dollar is not chump change to just give away for No RESULTS AT ALLCHUCK BROWN You Gotta DO BETTER!!P.S. Receptionist talked at me and not to me as if she had something better to do. I took my business to another place. I would never go back there or even send anyone there
