Ryan gave me information to contact him and said he would have information for me when he returned. In timely manner he contacted me and provided all the information I was missing concerning my son. My son called me he was in jail.i was so hurt devastated and fearful for him.he never gets in trouble hard working young man.he got hemmed up.is my boy perfect no not by no means but he dont get in trouble either.so when I got the call I was frantic.he said mom call Ryan at ABC bonding.he said he will work with you to get me out.he gave me the number I called Ryan and he knew who I was from the moment he first answerd.he was waiting on the call.he heard me crying and upset and assured me all would be ok to come on down fill out the paperwork before he left the office at 5 to go get another person out.when I got down there I might have been in his office a total of 20 minutes. He explained everything to me.letting me know the jail was in the middle of shift change so it may take a few hours..someone had said he seemed not to be in no rush to get them out.that was so not true.he was fast and done his part.it was the jail that delayed everything.He didnt even wait around to take my sons picture or neither did he wait around for us to do our paperwork. He took the papers straight to the jail and told me just to bring my son back the next day to get picture taking and for us to sign all paperwork..it was almost 1pm before we got there.not one time did Ryan call or rush us or threaten us to hurry up and get down there.he was awesome.Very respectful nice gentlemen.
