So far a very nice storage facility. I’ve used a few others in Columbus, but I must say that Briggs has a good thing going. 27 hr access is HUGE! Very satisfied with them!

I’m giving them three stars because there customer service has always been very helpful. That being said the lot isn’t secure. I had a truck parked there since January and in that time it was ransacked three times.then last week I find someone stole my batteries and cut the terminals and also stole $100 in gas not to mention stealing the exhaust. I’ve seen on multiple occasions people living in there in there car.

Raised the price twice in a year, probably to pay for the new gate. Never got the deal my buddy got for the same size unit. It is secure so far. Only the future will tell if the stars go down ? About to out price themselves ! Update, thought I already posted this guess not. Price went up again ! Looking onto 14x20 shed to put on my property and pay for something I will keep ! Look elsewhere for a better deal ! Down from three stars !

Really great service easy access to my unit and even prorated my first month rent payment

The only issues we had was not with the storage place but the truck drivers that blocked the entrance. But mostly never had a issue. Some people did not pay attention to where they parked but the storage answering service quickly got it resolved. Very affordable when on a shoe string budget.

Not a good company to deal with paid for a unit they have their lock on the unit they gave me a code that don’t work then They expect me to go over there and take the lock off with the code they keep giving me that does not work and then I paid $129 and I have my stuff sitting on a truck in the field. If I could give a zero rating I would worst people I ever dealt with everything is online and nobody knows what they’re doing. I get there I can’t get in the unit I called the lady she tells me she will call me back and never called me back so I called the next day and she tried to tell the lady that she called me but couldn’t get through and couldn’t leave a voicemail because she couldn’t get to my voicemail.

The storage is great. The people who you talk to over the phone are super professional and nice. Love that I can go in get stuff in and out my storage and leave. Fast and easy not having to deal with no workers or no issues!

I called and was able to get a storage unit same day. The lady on the phone was very helpful and pleasant.Once I arrived i was kind of confused as there are 1 and a half entrances lol.I took the “half entrance” and drove through a maze of semis which was weird but honestly made it feel more secure.It’s pretty bare bones and there’s no locked gate (I guess they’re working on it) but for the price I had zero complaints.Even for all the quirks this would’ve been a 5-star experience until I got to the unit itself.I couldn’t open it lol. I called customer service and the office was remote so they were going to call the owner to send someone over & she would call me back.And I just never got a call back or saw anyone. After 10 minutes I just used some motor oil and wedged a frame under the door and that did the trick. I tried to call back to let them know I figured it out and was directed to their voicemail system after a 3 or 4 minute wait. I didn’t bother to leave a message which made it weird that I was there for another 30 or so minutes and never heard from or saw anyone.So overall super cheap, bare bones storage for property/auto. The customer service people are lovely but can’t really help with much. Overall I would recommend this place - just make sure you come prepared.

I have stored my RV there for a while and no one bothers her. Its really close to where I live and its kind of hidden. I like it. Affordable, too.

This establishment is one of the most worst places I have ever Stored anything I recommend that no one ever goes there and spend any money or any time even thinking about this place I wouldn’t recommend it for a dying dog

Friendly staff low rates. My car was vandalized in front of my home a month ago I had to get it off the street until I could come up with the money to have it fixed. Extremely friendly staff went out of their way to help me infact over and above what I could have ever expected. Although I hope I dont have to store my car here again I would definitely do it and I would definitely recommend them

Charged me twice in 1 month and Terry is giving me a hassle when I is talked to the owner. She is now being argumentative and is not letting us contact the owner nor the Tyler. These people are a RIP OFF!!!!
