After a few days they got back to me, and were very professional and willing to help me do a few dyno pulls.The gentleman that worked with me at the shop was very polite. He seemed genuinely interested in conversation and he was very helpful with answering questions.I cant wait to go back after making some upgrades.

I’ve known Carla and Eric for 2 years now and they have treated me like family since I first walked through the door. Had a appointment on September 7 at 12pm I tried to contact him to see if we was still good to go for that day call him called the shop no answer neither was. Horrible customer service. Gave him a 250 dollar deposit and everything. I just pretty much just took it as a lose and went to another tuner. Well never be back there.

Completely different from other tuner shops I have dealt with in the past. Friendly and professional staff. Tuner guy has extensive knowledge on all aspects of the tuning process. I recommend them 100%!

They took my money for a Kenne Bell blower and never paid for it. I found out that the upgrades that they did were wrong and my vehicle couldve malfunctioned. Eric may be a good tuner but those two together are nothing but problems. He should have admitted that he was over his head with my vehicle instead of installing the wrong parts.

Love these guys! Eric drove 1 1/2 hours to my house to reset a code on my 15 camaro 2SS. I wish them luck at their new location and cant wait for my pro charger to get installed and tuned by eric.

Cant say enough good things about this company. Yes they are very busy at ti.es, but have never made me feel less than important. Have always bern upfront about cost and time and if ever a delay arises they inform me promptly. Carla and Eric both have really stood out against the competition. Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

I have to say, Only having had a Cai and Exhaust, Eric woke my 07 Sierra up.. Granted had it not been for the 35s I have on there, he would have seen higher numbers, but he damn sure woke her up enough to suffice for the time being until I get some headers tossed on and a new cam. professionalism and friendliness? Hands down without a doubt, one of the most laid back guys youll ever meet. He loves what he does and will tell you up front, he wont let you go until its to his satisfaction. Would I return there again for a re tune after my upgrades are complete? Bet your sweet ass on it I will. If you have a hand held tuner, toss that thing in the garbage and give Crucial Performance a call, you wont regret it.Thanks Eric on the heads up about small intricate details, that means a lot to someone who is extremely detail oriented.

Thanks for messing up my EVO! Lose and missing bolt!! You replaced push pins with ZIP TIES and you also installed my brand new clutch wrong so it was slipping right out of the gate. Please STAY AWAY unless you want your car messed up by them! They couldnt even dyno tune it and they were blaming everyone and everything except THEM!********Edit 22 of June******You let the car leave your shop with the clutch Slipping and its ALL ON VIDEO so stop lying. What does me reviewing businesses in UK have to do with your shady work?? Excuses again??!!

Tried calling today to have them setup a tune no answer been calling since open no answer drove down there and hour later its now 11:20 no one there. Poor service.. no customer service . Poor business.

Awesome bunch of guys! Very knowledgeable and they do wonderful work! Kooks headers and full kooks exhaust plus dyno gave my 2015 chevy camaro 2SS another 57 RWHP and 69 more torque!
