I went in yesterday to ask about service. They were stand offish, kinda of felt like I wasnt welcome there but I chalked it up to maybe they were just busy. I finally got a smile out of the wife when I went in to schedule a drop off time.This morning after he told me to bring the car in at 8am his vibe was like he was annoyed that I had come. It was too early for me so I just left the keys and went to our other car. But when I got in the car I thought to myself I can take my car any where to get serviced. My gut told me this cant be the right place. So I went back in to get my parts and keys . I said Im sorry Im not going to have it done here. I need my keys and parts. He pointed to the desk and said ok they are right there, and walked away. No question about why or disappointment about losing the business. Just looked relieved that I was leaving.

Ted has a natural mechanical aptitude. He is highly skilled in electrical systems. Not very many mechanics understand older cars with carburetors but Ted has a thorough understanding and the ability to repair them. I could go on but Ted is a great mechanic!

Ted has had our jeep almost a month. We have not heard a word from him in the status. We have called and called left messages and nobody has ever returned our call. We have no idea what is going on with our jeep. Ive drove by nobody was there and out car was in exact same spot it was when we dropped it off. The one time we did talk to them we were told 2 days and he would get to start working on it. This is the WORST experience ever. We just need our car so we can go to another shop who will tell us something and call us back. Do not go.to Teds.. horrible.
