They were very courteous. They explained why they couldnt get to my truck on the first day but gave me a loaner car to use and i thought that was very nice of them and professional of them. They have worked on my vehicles before and i will keep going to them.

My boyfriend and I were on our way back from a road trip to Colorado and we ended up stranded in Nebraska. We were towed over to Auto Quality Sales and Service and they took great care of us! The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and comforting considering the immense stress we were facing. They had a clean and comfortable lobby. Dan is the mechanic that saved us! He was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He was able to find the problem right away, explain everything to us, and get us back on the road within a few short hours. The pricing of labor was fair as well. We are so lucky to have worked with this business during this vulnerable time!

I was due to Columbus and I needed a good car mechanic I saw him while driving by and I have taken all three of my vehicles to him for every mechanical need I have they are honest they are fair and they will tell you whats wrong with your car and all it needs to be fixed and get you back on the road.

Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, sometimes I feel like shopowners think less of me because I dont know much about cars, I have to go back and look at the owners manual to make sure I have everything right and I feel like they just want me out of there because of my lack of knowledge! But at Auto Quality I did not sense that at all!! The mechanics were very kind and talked to me about what they were doing, explained to me my options very clearly, and allowed me to choose what I wanted done to my car. Definitely going back when I need maintenance done on my car again!!

The work that needed to be done was identified correctly and repaired there were other issues that I was notified of I chose to repair them as well The bill seemed like a fair compensation for the work and repair done in my case it was a complete transmission replacement which is never a fun bill anyway

Auto Quality was absolutely amazing!! Mike was straight forward and worked his @ss off making my experience the best it could be. Im a cop in the metro area and become very skeptical about used car joints. I found my dream car with a dream deal in Columbus. Mike took the time to make sure that the deal was right, I was happy and that I wasnt pushed into something that didnt feel right. MIke did all the leg work had the car ready and spent time making sure I was satisfied. I would totally recommend Mike and his crew at Quality. It was worth the drive!!!

I have been working with Steve for years and I really appreciate what they do here. I know a lot about auto shops and these guys really know what they are doing. I like what they have. I like a place that sells and services cars. They know the whole process.

Oil change was a little higher than Im use to paying but they also vacuumed my car. They ended up finding a small leak and actually took the time to show me where the problem was and its severity. At no point did I ever feel strong armed or conned into paying to make the repair immediately. They just offered me advice and suggested how soon I should get the problem fixed.Friendly people and business.

Test drove blue Volkswagen jetta ran good no engine lights on. Purchased it yesterday afternoon, went this morning to start it it wouldnt start and after the 5th try it started and check engine light came on epc light came. 8 codes came up all 4 injectors are shot and ignition coil. Got a P. O. S that all they did was clear the codes and put it on the lot. Rip off artists dont buy a car from them. Its going cost almost as much as I paid for the car to fix it

Great service, and great people. Never had an issue with anything.

It was not a good experience. They lied and were a complete waste of my time. I dropped my car off or a tire alignment at the time I was scheduled. I left my phone number with them becasue they said they would call when it was done. An hour later, I went in and my car had not even been started. When I asked why, I was told there were other issues to my car the prevented them from doing the alignment and if I wait for the recpitionist to return, I could get an estimate. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for my keys (another 10 minutes) and finally left. I took my car to a family mechanic and asked him to look it over. The things auto quality claimed were wrong, were not at all an issue.

Been there about 4 times total, first 2 werent bad at all, fair price and the job was done and in a decent amount of time, 3rd time I took my truck to get an alignment, turned out there were so many things wrong with it and they had to fix it before doing the alignment, cost me over 500 bucks, 4th and last time I was there, I took my car for an alignment it has 22 rims, after taking my car home and washing it I notice my rims were all scratched from the edges, I went back to tell them, I was in the lobby for 20 minutes before I was helped, the receptionist was rude, and they said that the rims were already scratched when I brought it in, I payed 12 hundred for them brand new just a few days before.
