A total scam and rip off, We drove our truck there to be worked on, he kept the truck for 6 months and $2400.00 later we had to tow it home, parts was missing some parts were taken off that had no business being off. John George messed up our truck and ripped us off. Try to give a small business extra money during this pandemic and we were ripped off $2400.00. We are going to have to take him to court. Please go to someone reparable, Dont trust Midland Automotive.

I have known John for years and he has helped me out. However I took my car to him on Trick or Treat night and gave him money to get the parts this is now 5 months later and Im not able to get in contact with anybody no one answers my calls no one answers my texts. I am posting this and hopes that he will finally answer because I need my car I have been by and no one has been there but my car has been moved and when I took it there it did not run at all so I have no idea whats going on again hopefully he sees this and will respond finally

I am writing this for my home health aide client that I take care of. She gave her money to this company over six months ago For parts to get her heat fixed. She trusted him because she knew him personally. She has called several times and has also had me call we spoke to him on several occasions and he stated he would get the parts or that he would drop the money off but never has. He also has never fixed the vehicle. Now when we call it goes straight to voicemail he doesn’t return our calls nor answers out calls. We are now going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not use this company if so use them at your own risk you will never get your car fixed and you will not get your money back. I feel bad for this lady because she is elderly on social security and it was the last bit of money she had.

I was initially satisfied with the prior service but this time I have no words to express my anger and anxiety. My vehicle has been on hold since October 19, 2020. As of today, January 11, 2021, I still do NOT have my vehicle. It is under their control even though I I have received numerous promises for completion.

John went above and beyond to help me pick out the right car. He made sure and proved to use original parts. Warrantied all work and backed it up for a full year. Thanks john

I have gone to them for different issues with my truck and each time they have completed the job in a very timely manner and for never felt they were doing extra repairs to pad the bill. In fact they have gone out of my way to explain any questions I might have on why something was needed. They will always have my business.

A thousand thanks to midland automotive! These guys are awesome! These guys fixed my car at no cost to me.They found out that I was living in a shelter with very little funds and they covered the the cost of repairs and donated their time to fix my car! The crew there work like a well oiled machine. They work hard to give their customers the best service and auto care possible. They also donated their time and effort a second time when I needed work done on my wheels and rims. Thank you again Midland,I give you five stars hands down!

Called for an appointment today and even came 10 minutes early. A guy said hell go back and tell the other Im here. I waited an hour and never even heard from the other guy. This is NOT the way to run a business. Thank you for wasting my time

My car needed calipers today and John set me up and done more than I could have expected in a very timely manner..and he kept me informed about what needed fixing . in short in my opinion he and his crew are honest fair and and will get the job done right the first time. Thanks again!!!!!

Had my vehicle over a month still couldnt repair it had to junk it

They all are absolutely wonderful. Our car had basically no brakes...at all. They had our car fixed literally in just a couple hours and even cut us a break because of course this was unexpected. Love how helpful and understanding this team is.

They are over priced and you get charged for things you dont need still having problems with my shifer cable this place sucks dont take your car here

Fantastic experience. Called ahead to give a heads up I was on the way...Brought in my Toyota Matrix and in ten seconds got a “There’s your Problem”- parts ordered, arrived, and installed in under an hour!! No BS!After this, I will bring my car here for everything and I recommend you do, too. You’re in good hands with these guys.

Midland automotive fixed my car for me today and did amazing! The associates were very helpful and stayed in contact with me the whole time they had my car! I would highly recommend Midland automotive!!

The guy John is a fraud! Our family put our trust into him to fix our family car and this man stated there were many issues with the car and we’ve put so much money into it. Then when we asked the status of our vehicle he told us that the car was towed away when in reality after research he sold the car!!!! This is not okay and fraud I would NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE with your vehicle !!

We live 2 hours from columbus and needed our suburban serviced immediately... We got the number from a local auto store and called its was a weekend, it was a weekend and they were there for us..that was the best auto experience I have ever had!! They were so willing to help us with no notice at all. They help us get our parts at there discounted price. They went for our parts for us.. They treated us like family!! Again we live 2 hours away and will make that trip to have our suburban serviced again by them!! There prices were so very fair..we again live 2 hours away and will go back for any repairs needed to our truck! Thanks Guys sighed family in the White Suburban!!

Disrespectful came in because I was told he had a tech grade computer reader. I replaced the distributor and needed a case learn done to my truck. He just checked the code saw it said crank shaft cam shaft p1345 and told me I needed a new sensor. I told him that theres a youtube video of this being done. Told me I didnt really know what I was talking about and not to belive that stuff you see on the internet. Look it up.. Its called case learn.
