Called about a week ago and talked with a guy there about looking at my vehicle. He said just bring it by and we will look at it and see what I needed muffler wise. I stated it would probably be around 2 or 3 after work. He said that was fine anytime. I stopped the next day at that time and closed sign was up and I tried calling. I got a busy signal. I tried several times while I sat there at the front door. Still busy.I was referred to them was going to go to Staples but since I was told you give great pricing and they had no problem and great family owned and good guy. I tried.

Just went for an estimate. Gentleman was very nice and gave me a very quick quote. I appreciated that very much.

Johnnys Columbus Muffler did a fantastic job on my car- it sounds quieter now than when I bought it! They charged me a reasonable amount, even less than I anticipated for a bigger fix, and fit me into their repair schedule on short notice! Will definitely be working with them on any future needs.

Stopped to get a quote on installing a new exhaust last week. The person who looked at my new exhaust and the car, acted as if I was annoying him. First told me the pipes where the wrong size, but it would take work to modify it. It could be done though. Told me to call in the next week and they’d try and get me in. The cost of 300.00. Took to another place they clamped it right on for 100.00, no modification needed. 30 mins later I’m done. I’m so glad i know a little about car repairs. Knew he thought I was dumb. At least if you would charge 300.00, he would have acted like he wanted my business. I’d like to make 300.00 for 30 mins work any day. Wont go back there again.

They were able to get my car in within two days of me calling and replaced my muffler for significantly less than what I was quoted by another shop in town. I would definitely recommend Johnnys and will take my vehicles there for future exhaust work.

Very reasonably priced and experienced mechanics. Have been there couple of times, and I was highly satisfied with the fast turnaround as well as their ability to find the root cause of problems.Do call up in advance, as they get tend to get booked up pretty fast.

Awesome service very reasonable pricing.

Repaired my muffler filled with rusted out holes. Solid work, and even charged me less for the work than the original quite.

Good work but was way overcharged didnt take the time to reset the engine light after the overcharge.

Have had nothing but great experiences here and will continue to give them my business!
