They do not upcharge or do unnecessary work. Their prices are beyond fair and their staff was courteous and professional!

My lifters went out i purchased the parts that me and the owner had agreed upon the owner put put the lifters in and later we both found out it was the wrong one the labor charge was 800 dollars. When I returned the truck back to the shop the other owner got involve and refused to put the new lifters in for 400 dollars I figured since me and the owner and the Mechanic was both at fault then we should split the cost (being fare) but no the dad/owner refused to do it so I had to take it to another shop where I paid another 800 dollars again (highly passed off)

Jay and his team are GREAT!!! Going in for auto repair makes me nervous. You never know what youre walking in to. Guthries was recommended to me by someone I do business with so I went. My vehicle needed engine repair so all I saw was dollar signs. What I was told was wrong was actually not what was wrong at all and when all was done my bill was half what I thought it would be. Jay explained everything so I understood what he was going to do and thats exactly what happened. These are VERY honest people and I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

This is the only shop I trust. Ive had other shops change my oil and leave the old filter on my vehicle. And left it on lose so all the oil leaked out. I never feel like Ive been taken advantage of because Im a woman at Guthrie! Ill recommend them to any and everyone I can!

Excellent service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have had a Guthrie under the hood of every vehicle I have ever owned and I wouldnt trust anyone else. I made that mistake once and I almost got my engine locked up because they didnt tighten my oil filter down and all my oil leaked back out. On top of that they left the old oil filter on my vehicle. Guthries all the way from here on out!

Was having problems with engine overheating.These guys know what theyre doing. The service is quick and they never talk down to you. I never feel like theyre trying to pull one on me like other dealerships to make a quick buck. Thanks for all you do guys. If I ever have any problems I will be returning.

Called him and told me he couldn’t do it because I had already bought the part. Didn’t even give an option to return the part or anything like that. Then he hung up on me. Terrible customer service!

I had taken my car to them they told me that it my timing . So they said they put a timing and a timing belt. So i went and pick my car up. They charge me $500 hundred. So i drive my car for three weeks my car get off and another mechinal told me that they didnt put a new timing belt on my car . So dont take your car to them they are a rip off they take your money
