My car broke down a few weeks ago. I made the mistake of having a dealership inspect it and they quoted me $1400+ to fix my car. I said hell no to that and brought it here to Dublin Road—they repaired my power steering issues AND an unrelated AC issue for half that cost. These guys were friendly and helpful in my time of need. I appreciate you guys not robbing your customers blind with $150/hr+ mech labor rates :)

Was in Columbus to transport a 5th wheel back to Michigan. Had a transmission line spring a leak at 330pm. Called he got me in at 415 and done by 6. They were absolutely amazing. Yall, if youre looking for a mechanic in the Columbus area I cannot say enough about Dublin Road Auto Care. They are incredibly professional and kind. Efficient, trust worthy, and will always give it to you straight. They quoted me $1200 on some things I needed to be done on my new car and ended up saving me $800. Paul, one of the owners, is from Vermont. He gave me his card and told me to give him a call if I need anything once I move. But thats not to undersell all the guys working there. They were all instrumental in giving me advice about the type of used car they trust, gave me pointers on how to negotiate, and helped me make a final purchase decision that Im super confident about. I brought my car in with transmission issues and they took the time to call the dealership and discovered it was under warranty. They could have easily fixed it and charged me over $1,000 but they referred me to a dealership to get it done for free.These guys are honest and hardworking and I cant express enough how thankful I am for them. I have been their customer since 2015 for my multiple vehicles and Paul is a great man doing honest service.In spite of his heavy schedule he takes you in his garage and guides and teaches while servicing, answers any questions you have and also maintain your car profile of what was done in current and previous services and log the details like how dealers do.For repairs he charges for the issue if its a known straight forward and if required diagnostic and he does and let you know the exact problem and charge only for the fix.

Called last minute for a pre-purchase inspection for a truck that I was coming from out of state to buy. Paul told me just to make sure I gave him plenty of time to do a thorough inspection because even though he only charges an hour labor, he spends about 2 hours with the vehicles. He took me back into the garage and went over the entire thing with me and pointed out exactly what he was seeing to help me make an informed decision. The truck desperately needed new tires to make the trip back home so he ordered some for the following afternoon and offered me his personal truck if I needed it while we waited for the tires to get to the shop. The next day he got my tires mounted and balanced and continued to inspect the vehicle as he went and called me back into the garage multiple times to point out everything he was seeing. He even spent the time to cut off the locking lug nuts that were missing the key to remove them to make sure I had safe tires to ride home on. He told me he takes the time to ensure the job is done correctly the first time. Paul went out of his way for a customer he knew would probably never be in Columbus, Ohio again. Pride of ownership he says and its instantly apparent as soon as you interact with him. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, open, and friendly mechanic, you found your guy.

Stopped in for an emergency repair, no appointment, Dave was able to fix my truck right there on the spot and for a very very reasonable price.

The service is above exceptional!! My daughter has a vehicle at school and needed work. I came from Dayton to get it worked on for her and was pushing a time constraint. Dublin Auto was able to get the car right in diagnose and get it fixed within 2 hours. I am impressed!! So much so that when the car started making a different noise I came back from Dayton again and they provided me with the same quick service. The prices are very fair since I have been to many car shops. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

There are only two times people write reviews: when they have had an unbelievably terrible experience, or as with Dublin Road Auto Care, when the service is so outstanding, it’s impossible to keep your mouth shut.It’s a busy shop, but they have never failed to fit me in for whatever car care emergency I have created for myself. Absolutely amazing! I take my car there for everything. I can call in the morning and drop it off the same day for oil changes, etc. I have had a nail in two different tires and both times was able to stop in immediately to get the tires plugged within 10 minutes. The owner, Paul, said he could take a look at our car if we brought it in, but he had ten other appointments that day so he couldnt be sure if he could fix it right away. We drove over anyway, and Im so glad we did!Paul assessed the car, gave us coupons to a nearby coffee shop so we could get coffee while we waited, and he let us play with his dog, Major :)He put in new tail light bulbs and replaced the fuse, and then he gave us another fuse just in case! We were in and out in about an hour. Thank you so much!!

Ive been taking my car to DRAC for about a year and a half now and Ive never been disappointed or received faulty advice. Ive had oil changes, rotations, wiper blades, a tire sealed, and, recently, a tire patch. Yesterday I woke up to a nearly flat tire. I pumped it up and made it to work, but knew it needed looked at. With an inflexible work schedule and traveling from downtown, I didnt make it until 30 min. until close. The guys could have told me to come back tomorrow or could have given me a hard time, but instead they were very kind and understanding and my tire was plugged in 20 minutes flat. Great service.

They made an error estimating how long it would take to fix my car. They originally told me they would have the work done by the end of the day or the next morning at the latest. (I was having the heater core replaced in a 2006 Grand Prix). Once they realized they had miscalculated the replair, it seemed as though they lost itnterest in completing the job. It ended up taking 3 days. When I got my car back, half of the radio lights no longer worked. I took it straight back to them. They kept it all day the next day and what I ened up with was that if I could find a radio at a junk yard that worked, they would put it in. Seriously?? Then I later discovered that the sensor that turns my headlights off and on which is on my dash, or should I say is supposed to be on my dash is just gone. My headlights now stay on all the time. And you know how when you run your air conditioning in the summer and then park your car and there is a puddle of water under your car? Well the puddle is on my passers floorboard. I have no idea how they managed to screw up so many things but I am very unhappy with the service I got there. I wont be taking any vehicle I own there for anything.

Never had one complaint about them, always upfront and honest, have recommended them to a bunch of friends who also have never had anything but positive things to say. Trust your money and your car here!
