Avoid at all cost of you value your time. Stag arrives when they feel like it. Staff problems become your problems. No shuttles are available. Excuses. End of the day I wasted 50 minutes and left with my car since they couldnt process or say anything other than sorry everybody is out
I called to have my car checked for the engine recall and I was told that if they dont find anything I would be charged $84. Why would they charge me for a recall that is out of my control? They want me to wait until my car goes into full engine failure or catch on fire which could happen at any moment. This is unacceptable. I will never get another Hyundai!
I made a appointment to have all my recalls done on my 2013 veloster. They could not find me in their system i have to wait in line and wait 2 hours to have only one recall done. I still have to come back for my second. They said they have to order the part, why they dont keep it in stock especially when is a recall. Very disappointed
I wouldnt recommend going to this dealership for maintenance. When we asked for cost to replace a tire, the customer service couldnt give us a price. When I said we needed a price before committing to purchase, he gave me a price for $155 which includes replacing the tire, balancing, tire disposition, plus tax. When its time to pay, we charged $197! What a ripoff!
Very courteous! Work was done efficiently; waiting area was clean, bathroom was spotless....social distancing rules were in place...I felt safe there!
If I could give 0 stars I would I went in yesterday for a few recalls on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra my car has been shaking tremendously after I took my car to them my car never had shaking issues I believe they took parts off my car the wait time was 4 hours they never explained the recalls they had done which I dont believe they did anything they claim they did a full inspection on my vehicle but this morning I took my car to another place and they showed me where I had a small transmission leak auto nation Hyundai never told me about the leak will never go back to these crooks they take the advantage of people that Kno less about cars
AutoNation Hyundai Service Dept has had my car for over 3 weeks and still has not replaced the engine that was on a recall. I asked for a loaner car and they have yet to get me a loaner car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

If you like paying $290 for bad information and parts you don’t need and STILL have your car not work, then I guess this is your place.I just have my one experience to go from but they incorrectly diagnosed my car’s problem. The diagnosis itself cost $130. They told me parts and labor would be $900 ($450 for both) but I found that part they said I needed for $160 online. I took it to a different mechanic who would install it for less and he told me that my part was fine but that it was a simple fix with a $20 relay. In the end, I paid $130 for this “Service Center” to give me bad information and then wasted $160 on a part I didn’t need. Thanks!
