Worst experience ever! I bought a vehicle from one of their other lots and have had nothing but issues from the beginning. Red flag should have been when I had to leave the vehicle after purchasing it for them to replace the radio that didn’t work. In December they had to put lifters on the truck which was covered under warranty. They attempted to make me continue to drive the vehicle beyond the warranty mileage so that they wouldn’t have to replace them. Didn’t work! They replaced them or so they say they did because a couple of months later the vehicle had the same problem again. In April the check engine light came on and the vehicle needed oxygen sensors. I had them replaced at this location for $1100. A month later the vehicle starts shutting down while I’m driving. Like it’s shutting off but not completely while I’m driving. No check engine light, which makes me think they did something so that the light wouldn’t come on. I take it back. They run a diagnostic test and it’s the catalytic converter. They want $1400 to fix it. I do research and find out that faulty oxygen sensors can cause the catalytic converter to go bad. Coincidence? I think not. Bottom line this place is a complete rip off and I wouldn’t purchase a bicycle from them. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle DO NOT go anywhere associated with this brand as this is not the first time I’ve had this issue. I co signed for a vehicle for my brother from them back in 2015 and the vehicle didn’t last a year. If zero stars was an option I would definitely give them that rating. They should really consider changing the name to Lot Full of Lemons.
Autonation South is very far from me, however I still bring my vehicle here for major repairs. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs and I have been pleased with their service. I love that they have a shuttle car, but they also provide a waiting room with wifi, tv, snacks and drinks.
Amazing customer service!! Did a great job on my Ram truck and wasnt too expensive.
Not professional the service advisor tell lies they have had my truck almost months
Chris made sure all my recalls were fixed and made sure all other issues were resolved and kept me updated with my vehicle daily.
My first time getting vehicle serviced. Would returned in the future.
I went look at purchasing a new truck. I met John Lowe. He helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and everyone involved treated me like a friend. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend John and AutoNation.
They sold me a car and the motor blow in two monthsThats just bad business
Best place to go to in town. I love working here
I was able to get an appointment relatively quick.
Horrible! Had an 8am appointment for window tint. Even told the guy that I needed to leave by 11am for my sons birthday lunch. He said ok. I got back out there at 10am to get status and to see if it will be done by 11am. He said no because the tint guy dont start until 10am. I asked then why did you schedule me at 8am. He had no answer. I took my keys and left. Very bad business
What an absolutely great group of people working here. Take your car to them. You wont be unhappy.
Top notch service department. I am always treated with respect. Every time Ive gotten a second quote on work, theirs has been lowest and I never have to take my car back. I really trust these guys to take care of my car.
Always great service! Ed the manager wont let you leave unsatisfied, Chris is the best and honest service advisor. The Lovely German lady is very polite, professional and knowledgeable! Always take all my vehicles here!
Truck delivered was not the truck I was sold on. Vehicle was a brand new Laramie but didnt have remote start like I was told it did (didnt see the truck due to it being at another dealership). Service manage Scott doesnt return calls either does the GM of the location Reuben. Horrible customer service. Theyll treat you well to your face but wont do anything as soon as you leave to fix it. STAY AWAY!!! Attempted to work with various managers for the last 6 months and all of them keep dragging this on.
I loved it they worked with me and was very polite.
Spent three hours for a oil change and a recall part on a Ram. After the three hours of waiting was given a free oil change and told that the recall part was input into the system. When I got home I was leaking oil due to no one putting on the refill cap and now I’m still showing the recall part didn’t get installed. Going to anywhere other than a autonation.
Service Department always courteous and prompt..
Cole and the rest of the staff were great!! They went above and beyond to make this a great car buying experience!!
Friendly sales personal, love the new car, great dealership.
The service department is good and thorough but service always takes a long time.
Had an appointment at 9 and it just now starting my oil change. 2 hrs and waiting.
They took real good care of me. Ill be back
I made a 09:00 appointment for a prepaid oil change and an hour and a half later my car hasn’t even been touched yet. I was hoping last time was a fluke (I spent 3 hours waiting on an oil change) but apparently this is the normal around here.
Got a really good deal
Shop has great customer service.
Love the service department
GOOD place to buy a car...
We had to have the battery replaced in our vehicle. Our service tech was Josh Lang and he took care of us and got us on our way! Thanks to all involved!
