Ive used this shop for several vehicles and several types of repairs. All hours staff have 100% given me more than Ive expected every time. Im always impressed at the knowledge and understanding of how to provide the best service to the customer based on their wants. as someone who does most of their own car maintenance, I appreciate the honesty at which they have approached repairs and quotes. They have always finished on budget and within the time they appraised the work for, many times even beating deadlines. the best outcome is to overdeliver and without question I would trust this shop to do exactly that.

All hours is awesome! Was recommended by a friend whos been going there for years. I had a part that my car needed, it was ordered right away, had to wait a week for them to take care of it, but I could still drive it so it was all right. Just had to pay for the part, they said only took a few minutes to put on so didnt charge for labor. They are very fair and nice and honest! Justin very nice knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

Im new to Columbus and decided to go here b/c the reviews are great and Justin was really helpful on the phone. Justin did not disappoint! Everywhere else I checked out charged 75+ for diagnostics alone but Justin doesnt charge for an estimate. It turns out one of my hoses was just lose and so he popped it back in. Even though his team took time out of their day to take a look at my car, he wasnt even going to charge for that b/c it was such an easy fix. Such a pleasant surprise! The folks here are very kind, knowledgeable and super friendly. This is our go-to place for oil changes or auto repair needs. Their waiting area is even equipped with a pool table, books, and TV (although I didnt have to wait long for my oil change). Highly recommended.

Well simply just trying to call In and get a quote on 6/9 the gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude and seemed to either have an attitude or hate his job. Also they were too busy to give a quote and were booked out 2 weeks.

Fantastic service. I had my car towed there because my key wouldnt turn in the ignition. Toyota told me my key-lock cylinder would need replaced, but All Hours said I may just need a new key. Turns out, they were right! Saved me $350. Front desk staff was very helpful and wasnt just trying to squeeze money out of me. Will definitely go back next time I need repairs!

This is my first review, and I figured out how to write them just for this. I scheduled an appointment for today, I get there, sit down, and they have my car fixed and ready within a half hour. They realized that my EGR valve wasnt plugged in, popped it in, and the problem was fixed. Heres the kicker: they didnt even charge me. The employee working (I didnt get his name), said he couldnt charge me in good conscience.I will be coming back, I wont be going to any other mechanic. I know a billion other people all have similar reviews, but if you need a car repair, seriously, this is the one.

Mike and All Hours Automotive are awesome. Great mechanics who are honest and fair.I live in New York, my niece is a student at Ohio State. She asked me to help her with her car that was giving her a lot of trouble. She dropped her car off at P** B*** and was charged $89 for a diagnostic check and given an estimate for more than $800.I then called two local shops both of which seemed good. I chose Mike at All Hours Automotive because he stated he doesnt rely of someone elses diagnosis he will evaluate the car and determine what needs to done. By far the best move for my niece. The car was repaired in a short period of time and the bill was under $300. Great service and an honest businessman. Mike we appreciate your help.My niece doesnt have to worry any longer about where to go for an oil change or major repairs.Thank you

This is a very honest shop! Great staff, great service. I have all my brakes, tires changed there and will recommend my friends go there as well.Recently my car got some vibration problem, and I took it there to let them take a look. There can be so many parts thats causing the problem. They saw oil leaked from the axial shaft and based on experience thought it was the axial shaft. However, after changed that part, the vibration did not go away.One of the owner, Justin, was very honest with me about the issue and let me have a month time to see if the problem get better, WITHOUT charging me any money. Later on, we found it was the transmission issue and they did not mention anything about the previous axial shaft cost.Although the vibration was not fixed first time, it is not fair to say they are at fault, because it is a complecated issue, and within a short given time, I understand it happens. But their attitude is very honest with their customer and they offer great professional service with affordable price.

Justin and his guys are top notch--They just put a new clutch and flywheel into my BMW m5 and did a great job at a great price and ahead of schedule. Very honest and allowed me to purchase parts so I know they werent trying to mark up parts, or charge you for OEM parts and substitute with knock off parts like so many other garages do. They showed me the damaged parts they removed also. I would very highly recommend this repair shop.

I have had multiple cars repaired here over the years. They are extremely honest and helpful. I had taken a vehicle to a different shop regarding brakes and they told me I needed Rotors, Pads, and Calipers. I then had Justin look at it; told me I just needed Rotors and Pads. When I challenged him on what the other shop said, he explained to me all the testing they do to make sure they are diagnosing the problem correctly. Justins expertise saved me hundreds. There have been times where there were multiple problems with my car and he advises on what to fix first to keep me and my family safest. He also gives me part price options if they are available and makes recommendations. Finally, there has been a time where I brought my car in for him to look at and he advised me against the repair and suggested I look for a new vehicle - without charging me anything. These guys are by far the best. i have recommended others to them and will not take my car to be repaired anywhere else.

I got a full timing belt/water pump/seals/spark plug service done here. Excellent work at hundreds less than quotes from other local shops. Also, a different shop replaced an alternator for me which failed after two weeks, and All Hours covered the warranty repair at no cost to me! While the car was there, they recharged my AC at no cost to me!Great shop, great quality of work, great cost. Highly recommend.

Have been here a few times to get work done on my car. As a college student, I really appreciate that they are upfront about parts and labor, only do the work I ask for/need, and dont try to sell me on extras. They even let me bring in my own used parts from pick n pull.

This is by far the best shop around Columbus. I brought my car in to have several service lights checked that came up on the dash. They checked the car and thought they fixed the problem. I started driving my car back home and the lights came back on. I called and they told me to bring the car right back and double checked and found the issue. After that was all fixed, I was only charged for the part. There was no diagnostic fee and I wasnt even charged for labor. Me and many people I know have had excellent service here. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Took my car in with a list of work I wanted done. They had fair pricing, got the work done in a timely manner and did quality work. Some of the things i asked to have done, they told me were unnecessary. I HAVE NEVER HAD A MECHANIC DO THAT! I will be a customer for life.

These guys are great. I had to get my transmission repaired and they were upfront about all costs and kept me in the loop the entire time. Repairs were done in a timely matter and they are serious about making sure its done right, not just quickly to turn a profit.

These guys are awesome. Great customer service, theyre honest and level with me if an issue can wait, rather than just take my money. I never get surprised by the final price, if anything when more problems pop up than we talked about in the estimate they have still stuck to their quoted price. My brakes ended up being a big hassle for them with unexpected rusted parts that needed replaced and they also fixed a few smaller issues I was worried about at no extra cost, which they were certainly entitled to charge me but didnt. They had all the parts in stock (not always the case with my car at other places), and the parts cost seemed very reasonable. Im a repeat customer, and I will definitely keep going back!

Great auto repair! I sent my 2000 BMW 540i to their shop because my car just suddenly lose electricity. they repair this problem with very cheap labor. Then I ask them to repair my audio player and dash board, instead replace them with band new one or even a used one. they sent these two part to someone in California who can repair these two parts. by doing this them save about 500 dollar, and these two parts work perfectly so far. great mechanic.

Justin and his staff are honest and reliable. I wish I wouldve known them earlier. As a car owner who basically knows nothing about cars, I feel I can totally trust them. They gave suggestions (instead of trying to sell) when they found some parts needed to be replaced, and they were also honest with its condition. They let me know if it is an emergency or it can wait. Once my friend saw my receipt, and she privately told me the labor charge was much cheaper than her store. I always recommend my friends who dont know about cars to Justins place because I know they wont get ripped off.

Brought my car here to have the brakes checked out. They tested the brakes out and inspected them. Did not feel that they needed repaired/replaced and did not charge me a cent. They refused to charge me when I insisted that I pay them for their time. I was surprised and incredibly impressed. They certainly earned my business going forward.

I have to say I loved the place!! Personally I do all of my work on my jeep, however, I didnt have time to finish my work and I called them. He got me towed and work done for under $100! The best part is I got the car back in the same day even though I called him on very short notice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

If you want honest mechanics then go to this place. They replaced a part on my car, but that ended up not solving the problem so they put the old part back on and didnt charge me for it. They found a workaround for the deeper issue and didnt even charge me anything since they didnt technically fix the problem. The car runs now. They bought me enough time to be able to drive around to find a new car. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my car in on a Thursday, and they told me they were booked up until Monday. I was already afraid of the pricing, and I have a full time job I need my car to get to. Got a call the next day telling me it would be a small charge, and will be fixed by Saturday. They are nice, honest, and fair.

The staff is great and friendly. Very knowledgable. I have had transmission work done, brakes, front end work, radiator work, and front suspension. They dont try to up sell you, in fact my bills have come back at quoted cost or less. Quality warranties and a true passion for their work. When a recurring issue kept popping up they did everything possible to make it right at no cost to me. I would (and have) recommended them to everyone with auto needs.

I was driving to Ohio (from Illinois) when a daring animal tried to cross the highway and well, didnt make it past my car :/. I was driving around with the undercarriage of my vehicle hitting the front tire, making an awful noise until I brought it here. I was hesitant at first being an out-of-stater and not knowing the mechanics but these guys were amaaaazing. No appointment needed. They got my car on the lift right away. Secured the plastic underneath my car so I could get home FOR FREE and these guys were as nice as could be. My only regret is that this shop is in Ohio instead of Illinois or I would bring my car here for all repairs. Thank you!

Dropped my 2001 Ford Ranger 2.3 DOHC to have the thermostat and hoses replaced. Appointment at 10 AM showed up at 9:50 AM theyre open and ready. I was in Columbus on work travel and developed an engine problem with my Honda CRV. This shop had a 5-star rating and they were awesome. Diagnoised my engine noise as a failing A/C Compressor and had me out within 24 hours at 1/2 the cost as what the dealer likely would have charged. Terrific service!

Dont trust any auto mechanic that refuses to give any price information without you bringing in the car. Speaks to mistrust significantly. I called 10 places to get basic tuneup price and this was the ONLY shop that refused to even give a price check.

I was in from out of town and suddenly had a misfiring issue with my 1994 Altima. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The wait was long, but only because the parts guy from OReilly was late delivering the parts.

Been going here for years. Very reliable service and no B.S. These guys wont cheat you and dont try and nickel and dime you to death.

I recently went into this shop to have some work done on my 98 camaro. I looked through several shops reviews and chose this one based off of all the great feedback. Im not going to lie i was nervous about going to a shop because ive heard horror stories...these guys are not in that catagory. These guys are awesome. My expierence was great. They explained what problems I had and what things to keep an eye on in the future. There were no surprises or oh btw we fixed this and that and heres the bill. Prices are competitive and fair. They answered any questions I had and wete excellent at explaining everything to me. I will be using them again in the future and recommend that others use them as well.
