Ive emailed and called Karen and left messages for her to return my calls. Never has emailed me or called me back. So I called Erie Insurance to ask my questions there answer you need to call your agent and talk to them. I told her I have multiple times cant get return call or email. Terrible service!!
Where to start...First, good luck getting them to return a phone call or an email. Every email Ive sent has required multiple follow-ups and I always get the same excuse Sorry I was on vacation. These agents must take more vacations than anyone on the planet.I left messages after various claims and never got responses. I asked them to make changes to my policy and inquired about additional coverage. No response.When I moved, I had to hound them to send in the appropriate paperwork to my mortgage company because they wouldnt return their calls either. And when I told them to cancel homeowners insurance on my old home, it took them three months. Go elsewhere. These folks offer no value.
Zero communication, lack of ownership, things are never a priority for them, found out from insurance carrier they were dropping them as servicer before they told us, had to fight to get roof replaced previously then once it was, didn’t update policy until we called it out that premium reflected the aging roof...I could go on and on. Taking it as blessing they aren’t carrying our current provider any more as means to motivation for us to move on to someone else all together.
