I have been with this company for over 4 years. They offer beyond amazing customer service. It’s not even that she is back by “State Farm”, it’s the tone and environment that this location has,I would never go anywhere else. I have never met an agent that was so amazing, so amazing she can be my friend on the outside. Even her staff is amazing they have a family friendly environment. When I visit the office i feel like i am at home. I think this site represents the brand very well. They be having me singing the song “like a good neighborhood State Farm is there” lol thats how i be feeling when i tell people about “this site”. If we wasn’t experiencing COVID right now i would just stop by just to say hey.

I have been with State Farm for years and when my agent retired I was transferred to Renees office. I recently had to file a claim and was very impressed with Renee and her staff. They reached out to me three times to see how I was doing while my car was being repaired. I have never had an agent do that before.

Its out of my way, but I wont go with anyone else. I recently had my car hit and run, they held my hand and made the whole process of filling the claim, picked up my car for repair, went ahead and totaled it, got me my money so quickly, was really totally painless. Im so impressed by them. They have called several times just to check in. Highly recommend them.

Renee and Colby have been so great! They have done an amazing job helping me understand my insurance options and they’re always so nice when I come in! I always look forward to meeting them and they’re always there if I have an issue or have a question. They also helped me refinance my car and they offer FREE gap insurance! Can’t beat it. I drive from Lancaster just to keep my insurance with them!

You would be hard pressed to find a group of people who are more friendly and hardworking than the individuals in this office. Whether its taking a payment or discussing differnt life insurance options everyone Ive dealt with has made me feel like their #1 priority. I would recommend them without hesitation to take care of all of your insurance needs.

My boyfriends payment was different every single month. One month $230 another $260. He tried extremely hard to understand why and figure out what was going on. He never got his money back which is at least over $40. Worst of all he could never even get ahold of the Renee Starr lady that owns the place. She avoided his emails. He even tried contacting customer service and they were no help. He did everything he could to sort it out. Very ashamed at how they handled such a simple issue. He has now found way more affordable insurance and an insurance agent who responds to his emails accordingly. Take your business elsewhere.

Complete incompetence. I have to give one star because there is not an option for zero. Quoted completely wrong price for a simple Auto policy, eventually doubled in costs per month. good luck getting a phone call back when promised also. Need I say more? There is no FEEL LIKE you DOUBLED my payment in less than six months. Did you forget that you told me YOU missed a speeding ticket in Franklin Co. Like I said before COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE
