Have raised my premium $50.00 without notice.My old premium was competitive.Now I will look for other companies quotes
This is the worse experience I have ever had with Claim Examiners. I have spoken with three different Examiners concerning the same claim and my issue has not been settled yet. Very unprofessional.Im looking for another Insurance Company that might appreciate my business.

ATHENA HUGHES @ Liberty Mutual in February 2016 did a great job in a short period of time. However in April 2018 called Liberty Mutal Insurance after about 28 years. Always paid a year in advance. I had one claim. Discussed my policy with them prior to wandering, was told No Problem (which I have learned its a big problem). Aftering 22 months of wandering the big blue marble I called to reinstate my policy on a Friday. They were asking me questions about Ex-Wife & her NEW husband. They said they would have someone call me. No calls Friday or Monday. They finally told me Monday when I called them that since I had no insurance for last 12 months they would not cover me. So my question was 28 years as a customer that paid in advance that I let Liberty Mutal know I was wandering the world prior to leaving and I cant get insurance? Thats correct sir.
