Ive been insured with state farm and Rick Tturner for over 30 yearsRecently Ive inquired several times about my increased in car premiums and my home owners coverage. For the second year in a row my mortgage payment has increased due to homeowners insurance rates. Ive tried to get some idea as to what coverage I have and what reductions could be made. They never get back to me to discuss options. Im really considering going with another company. Very disappointed in state farmOh and all through the year I received notifications that they no longer cover things that originally were covered .
