I have been a Putnam Insurance customer since 1973. Currently Karen McGrail takes care of all my housing and auto needs. She is an excellent, highly competent person to work with. Karen is always responsive to all my requests. Her dedication is why I have stayed with Putnam. I really do not know if I pay a lot or a little for my insurance. The service I get from Karen is what makes Putnam a great value for me.

Non-responsive to the point of unethical. I attempted to get my insurance policies corrected for 2 years. I repeatedly attempted contact with my assigned agent, through emailed and voicemail messages, to no avail. With all other options exhausted, I reached out to my insurance company who quickly began to resolve my concerns. My policies were corrected and I was offered the opportunity to move to an agency who will, hopefully, value my business.

Specifically, it does not matter who you were speaking with, you were going to be heard, listened to, and responded to appropriately.I find that in the year 2020, this is not always the case. I do restoration work for many insurance agents. But not many are as interested and caring about how their insureds are being taken care of when there is a water or fire emergency. For example, I have met the owner, Jeff Lewis, at an insureds business on a weekend when the insured had a water line break. Jeff went to check on the damages and make sure the claim was being handled promptly so that there would be no or minimal loss of business.This agency has friendly staff that works hard to help their insureds.
