Helpful I guess

My agent Liz is awesome! She always gets me the lowest car insurance price available and emails me back within minutes when I need something. If you are looking for cheaper auto insurance from a friendly office give them a ring.

This insurance agency found me the best car insurance rate by far and they were very nice. I would recommend giving them a call.

Bad experience first off the agent didnt greeat me properly she said hello . then said can i help you with something.asked about an insurance quote. Then si ce im living in. Honeless shelter refused to insure me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...at least trying to get a hold of them. On Google, they claim to be open on Sundays until 10pm. I call at 11:30am to the phone number listed only to hear the automated system tell me to press 9 to continue. Strange. Why have that? It serves no purpose. Then I get routed to my local Geico agent (who I thought I was calling in the first place) and get a recording that their offices are closed. Normal business hours are Mon-Fri. Obviously someone needs to update Google listings.

If you live in the Columbus area and you are looking for affordable auto insurance I highly recommended reaching out to these guys. Liz was very friendly and ended up saving me several hundred dollars.
