After ten years with Allstate, I decided to look at rates with other companies since my premiums that have increased in recent years, rather than decrease. Given how little I’ve been driving in the last year and given that I’m free of accidents and moving violations, my current rates seemed excessive. They’ve basically just been collecting my premiums for the last 8 or 9 years without me bothering them much. I was offered a much lower premium with nationwide so I decided to switch. After I notified my agent of my intent to cancel, he never even acknowledged my email regarding why/when I was canceling. Then I received an email saying I owed them more money and that it was past due! Since I had made all payments as expected, the bill was unexpected and the past due status was insulting. So I contacted Norm to get information as to why I was being billed. I never received a response. As a long time customer and someone who continues to be a customer through April 1st, I feel he could have a least done me the courtesy of replying to my email to acknowledge that my policy had been cancelled and explained the possibility of some additional bill. I had some serious issues with Allstate when I originally switched, but my previous Allstate agent worked it out and I decided to stick it out. So I’m regretting giving Allstate and Norm Risoya my business all these years. Not good customer set is and not a good value.

The experience has had its highs and lows in the 5 years that I have been a member with Allstate. The experience has been good in respects to moving (including moving out-of-state). The representatives have been great at addressing my needs when my insurance needs change. I dislike that moving frequently increases both auto and renters insurance. In addition, I dislike that an accident did not roll-off of my policy after 3 years because I later learned that it had to be 3 years and 45 days old to roll-off. There has been no compensation for false information. Something I have liked is the pay-back for reduced driving due to the novel coronavirus.

I love working with Mr. and Mrs. Risoya, they are always there to help and have great advice. They make us feel like family! When I call in they remember me and are sure to ask how we are doing and patiently listen if I have a story or two, they give suggestions, but are not pushy AT ALL, this is one of many things I love about this agency. We have been a customer with them for many years with multiple policys, and will continue for years to come! I always recommend to call them first!

I have been an Allstate customer since I was 16 over 51 years. They have accompanied me and my family through our life journey. We have experienced a warm mutual loyalty which has been above and beyond our business relationship. The Allstate contacts through the years will always be part of my life family. I will continue on this path with Allstate, until they hide my car keys! But they cant have my keys today, I things to do and places to go.

Norm has always been responsibly responsive and fair in our dealings with his agency. we have insured our cars and last two homes with Allstate for at least twenty years and have never regretted it. Our family highly recommend his services.

I like the extra customer service that I receive from the entire team at Norms office. If I have a question about coverage while driving my father in laws car or help with life insurance, the staff is very quick to reply with a helpful answer. Im blessed to have him as my agent. I know my families insurance needs are covered.

I have all of my insurance with Norm and have been with this agency for more than 10 years. Norm and Janice have been extremely helpful. Its nice to have someone answer your call or email immediately when you need them. If I could award 10 stars, it would be well-deserved!
