Called to have him come look at my washer, explained the problem said hed have to look but gave an idea of what could be wrong. Said he could be out next afternoon at 2pm to verify. No call no show. That was 2 weeks ago. Apparently he didnt need my repair so we found someone else to do it that came out the next morning and had me taken care by end of day.

Update: Scheduled Ron to come and install my dishwasher. We had a scheduled time and he no showed. Followed up three seperate days and no response. I ended up doing it myself.Showed up next day. Very professional. Best part is that I was given great advice. Was a tweener to fix or replace and was given the advice to replace even though it meant no return trip to fix my dishwasher. I really appreciated that. Will use again in the future!

Loved them! Came out right away, found my problem had the parts, fixed it, very reasonable and they give a 90 day warranty on their service .

A tad bit pricey but great work
