Dont waste your time dialing this number! Apparently their are no techs to repair appliances even though, allegedly, its the business theyre in. They just kept repeating they have no techs to service my refrigerator. I asked today or forever because I didnt have to have a same day appointment. They just kept repeating We dont Have a tech to service your refrigerator at this time. If I didnt know I was talking to a live person Id think it was a recording that she just kept saying it. Move on not worth the aggravation! Wish there was a no star option!

This company told me that they were 2 weeks out - but instead of allowing me to make an appointment, they told me I could to call back in 3 weeks to make the appointment. Terrible customer service- do not recommend!

The tech was very professional, fast, and provided friendly service but the repair was a little pricey. A ten minute service to replace the drain motor on my samsung front load washer cost $210 minus the $69 diagnostic fee.
