Sham company do not hire. I booked 3 days out they cancelled at the end of my service window because thier repair mans truck broke down. They said they couldnt come for another week. They have already charged me for the service Im sure Ill have to fight to get my money back for service they never provided. This is also one day before Thanksgiving when my whole family is on the way.

I was truly impressed with everything!! From scheduling my appointment to them coming to my home very nice well mannered!! Prices were the best I could find and they did a awesome job fixing my dryer not a problem since n its quieter now than it was before it broke!!

Unbelievable. This has been a great company to work with. After an in house clerical error, the owner was out and went out of his way to fix our refrigerator. Even when we were having difficulty with the Home Warranty folks, they were able to take care of the problem. Great company and great customer service.

Had a leak with my front load washer. Knew the leak was with the door gasket so I took a photo and sent it to them along with the model number. They were very quick to order the part and schedule a time to repair. Repair went flawless and their price was very fair. Highly recommended because it was a great experience. Hopefully I wont need them but if I do, I will not hesitate to use them again.

Garbage service. Our insurance company had directed us to this company for LG faulty refrigerator repair. We were unable to get service despite multiple calls, e-mails to this business.

This company is a joke. Total lack of communication. Never returned phone calls, always reached their voice mail. When I finally did reach someone she was upset I was so frustrated she argued with me a hung up on me. Real professional, dont waste your time.
