Cant fault the service I received from this company. Phone handlers were very friendly and courteous and talked us through the entire process — what would happen at every step. Great service, after-service just as top notch. Wouldnt hesitate to give the best star rating!

They did a magnificent job removing skunks from my property. Ive not had any skunk issues ever since they were trapped and relocated. Not having that smell under my deck is something to be super excited about! One week so far and it seems like these skunks were never even here.

This company took our money, did not provide the service the promised, damaged our home and left an animal in a trap to die of starvation rather than remove it in a humane manner like they promised. When I asked for a refund, they refused.

Very impressed with the high levels of customer care from this wildlife control company. They dont just care about making money; they actually care about the animals and the property owners too. They talked us through a range of squirrel removal techniques, discussing the pros and cons for each one, allowing us to pick something that worked with our rather tight budget. Would 100% give them a call in the future if we ever had another pest problem.

My friends house had a hole made by a small animal - called their service - baited the small animal, charged him $400, BUT did not fix the hole - now the attic is having small animals again!!!
